An open common bin chute facing the front door…. Hmmm
The advantage is that there will be less maintenance costs in the future. And perhaps lesser increase in sinking funds top-up… especially for the rest of the other units…Plus more hygienic as pests like cockroaches don’t hide inside the doors…etc
Blame it on the architect for not doing a proper RC roof. If so, no need to install a blind, here…
Even if you don’t intend to stay here, do a proper job!

This is purely common sense!
Why is there a minimum height for a Chinese altar?
Those that were bought commercially has a height of around plus minus 126cm.If tailor made, remember to try to add the table top glass piece (if there is one) and agin best height to 126cm.
The reason for doing so is to avoid the occasional “monster” if any that may roam free in that house.
Okay, one should not call them “monsters.” As they are suppose to be cute and cuddly.
But rather, these kids may be too young to understand the consequences of what they may or may not do.

I would like to check with you whether for my wife's altar, is the following altar height acceptable to be done? Because my wife feels that 125cm is a little too high
Height 107.5cm
Width 43cm
Length 89cmthe purpose of this also has to do with common sense.
As by then a child is already "grown up" not to be able to swipe the altar items

Need to confirm the elements for make-up and beauty products. Is that Metal since it perfume was listed as Metal? Or is it more Water element since make-up and beauty seems more healing/cover up etc which seems more like Water element to me.

But most such products come from earth. So much easier to justify as earth element.
Water can justify if a make up artist. As artists can be considered as water.
So long as later asked, we can justify some sort of opinion is good enough.

“Perfume is listed as metal because it often in the past many beauty products uses titanium oxide for whiter or other mineral products which is Metal element related. So it all depends on the how you define the job scope or product.
In terms of make-up and beauty products. If you are a make-up artist, then I would consider that more Water element as it is also an art to put on make-up that can dramatically change your appearance.
As for beauty products in general, they related to human cosmetic so may be more earth element related. If basic cosmetic product I would say Earth is probably better. As some minerals are earth based.
All depends on how you define the element related to that job scope/job industry. Sometimes it is a combination of two different elements.”

Morning Master Lee, for my Shine/Altar, do I need to arrange 1-2 days earlier to “invite” the deities to move in first or we can do it on the same move house day ?
If you have lots of items on move in day, then best a few days earlier. Or too busy on that day.
But if your items are manageable, then same day is okay

And thus the creation of commercial products like all sorts of items such as dragon turtle Liu li etc…
Many have found that it is highly lucrative to sell these products in the name of Feng Shui and astrology.

Good morning Master. Me and my wife have decided to proceed with 0x-xx unit.However, we only got to know that there is a staircase beside our main door.
I would like to seek your advice and guidance if there’s anything we should take note. (I have sent u an email last night)
Not perfect but certainly beats having the rubbish bin there.
I am offsite, but if your unit does not have a bomb shelter, the staircase may be the shelter. A blessing in disguise. As it is one of the strongest part of the block’s structure.
Mandatory for the door and/or bomb shelter door - if any to be closed at all times.
Frankly still okay. And often in my opinion does not really also impact on resale value
