  1. 265 Bukit Batok East Ave 4 $5/-. Unique black sauce noodles. Nothing fantastic. Added two more dollars of the intestines. Not that chewy.. most likely frozen before been cooked… Overall edible. Beside this stall the noodles look more interesting…here goes…
  2. The Watergardens Location, location, location3.5 out of 5 Stars Would have been higher if not for the profile of the plot of land
  3. Case Study 4: Flying Star Feng Shui Expected T.O.P. is on 30 June 2026 1. This development's Flying Stars: 1.1. Majority of the stacks/units in this development are either that of N2, S2, NE1, SW1 1.2. Less of NE2, SW2, NW3 & SE3. 2. N2, NE2, NW3 have the very auspicious Double Stars [#9] + [#9] in Front. Double Star in Front Formation - This formation should have near water and distant mountain to enhance this structure to activate wealth. 3. In addition, N2 & NE2 facing stacks have an added bonus of having the auspicious Sum of Ten Mountain Star. Here an individual sector's Base Star + Moutain Star adds up to Ten. Even if this sector has bad stars it can flip to become favourable sector. 4. Okay what about S2 facing stacks? 4.1. S2 facing stacks unfortunately have the Double Stars [#9] + [#9] at the "Rear" of the unit. Where usually this is often the kitchen / yard / utility area depending on the layout plan. 4.2. Double Star Behind Formation - Requires the necessary near mountain and distant water to enhance this sector to active wealth. 4.3. For apartments ECs/Condos/HDB flats, usually wasted at the rear of the unit. 4.4. Fortunately, S2 facing stacks have a saving grace. That of it having an auspicious Sum of Ten Water Star. Here an individual sector's Base Star + Water Star adds up to Ten. Even if this sector has bad stars it can flip to become favourable sector. 5. SE3 & SW2 unfortunately have the Double Stars [#9] + [#9] at the Rear. Double Star Behind Formation - Requires the necessary near mountain and distant water to enhance this sector to active wealth. 5.1. For apartments ECs/Condos/HDB flats, usually wasted at the rear of the unit. Here, often the kitchen / yard / utility area depending on the layout plan. Workings:
  4. Case Study 1: Flying Star Feng Shui of HDB Toh Guan Grove 1. This development only has four Flying Star Facing directions: NE1, NW3, SE3 and SW1. 2. NE1 & SE3 facing units have the Double Stars [#9] + [#9] at the Rear 2.1. Double Star Behind Formation - Requires the necessary near mountain and distant water to enhance this sector to active wealth. 2.2. For apartments ECs/Condos/HDB flats, usually wasted at the rear of the unit. 2.3. For many landed properties overseas especially in the US, the yard opens towards the pool and a reasonable sized yard. Such homes can take advantage of this. 2.4. The saving grace for NE1 is that it has the Sum of Ten Water Star. Here an individual sector's Base Star + Water Star adds up to Ten. Even if this sector has bad stars it can flip to become favourable sector. 2.5. SE3 has the Sum of Ten Mountain Star. Here an individual sector's Base Star + Moutain Star adds up to Ten. Even if this sector has bad stars it can flip to become favourable sector. 3. SW1 facing units are considered lucky as they have the Double Stars [#9] + [#9] in Front 3.1 Double Star in Front Formation - This formation should have near water and distant mountain to enhance this structure to activate wealth. 4. In general or in terms under Flying Star Feng Shui, most lucky are NW3 facing units which has the Double Stars [#9] + [#9] in Front. Double Star in Front Formation - This formation should have near water and distant mountain to enhance this structure to activate wealth. It also has the Sum of Ten Water Stars combination luck. Workings:-
  5. Case Study 9: Good that the Precinct Pavilion (PP) at Block 957 is somewhat isolated at a corner of this development + no stacks/units face into the PP. The exception being lower floors of #130's service yard area does look into it. 1. Although no units directly face into the PP; however, during events at the PP, do expect some noise from it especially at lower floors of 130, 132 and even that of 128.
  6. Case Study 8: Human or Man Luck and front door has a view into a bedroom. And often right towards the bed. 1. Often many family members leave their bedroom door ajar. 2. In this instance, someone standing at the front door can have a view towards this bedroom as well as even a view towards the bed.
  7. Case Study 7: Any concern if I keep to the open kitchen concept? 1. Bedroom door partially faces the kitchen especially if it is an open kitchen concept. 2. Please take note that any items seen or symbolically from this bedroom door. 3. For example, this sha qi can be a microwave oven, toaster oven, or seemingly innocent items like forks and knives etc...
  8. Case Study 6: Good news! Based on sampling of Block 956A, looks like no unit has the kitchen directly located at pure cardinal point of NW or the inauspicious Fire at Heaven's Gate with the exception of stacks/units 100 and 110 with a small part of the kitchen close to the fringe of the border between NW and North.
  9. to post + no longer any heart also to reply... Look here:
  10. Not compulsory. But if want in CM: Width = 18cm (roughly 7 inches. Adjusted for roughly 1.5 inch border) Height = 29.3cm (which is around 11.5 inches - Okay) Base = 10 cm (around 4 inches - Okay)
  11. The saying goes: "A miss is as good as a mile". Thus the house marked with a ref flag does not fall AT the cul de sac. It can also be said to be the third count from the end of the road. But it is not also not AT the end of the road.
  12. One of my favourite … always freshly made.. Crispy and gravy to perfection
  13. Case Study 5: The common corridor railings are half-height, thus, from the front door of both stacks 365 and 367 Thus these units are not that great... More so also perhaps in a future re-sale value (if any).
  14. Case Study 4: Although it is not a long corridor towards stack/unit 301; but it can be quite "irritating" to say the least to have a front door.
  15. Case Study 3: Stacks 441 and 443 are affected by Sha Qi from stacks 427 and 429. 1. Sample of a Sha Qi from a neighbouring stack(s).
  16. Case Study 2: Stacks 369, 371, 485 & 487 Should I be concerned with a unit facing a fork road? 1. Besides the noise, hopefully also no sudden braking or grinding of metal. 2. High floors preferred. 3. Other resources - Fork Road...
  17. Sorry, the one with the red flag does not seem to be at the end of the road. (Unable to comprehend, thanks)
  18. Expected Lease Commencement Date is 1 June 2026 Case Study 1: Period 9 Flying Star Feng Shui 1. This is the first time, that I had tried mapping out the Flying Star Feng Shui of so many varied compass directions. Yet, there are still some which remain unmapped (mainly the smaller units).
  19. Hi Master Cecil, is there any concern if we buy understorage bed frame? Reply: No issue.. but there were cases where occasionally bed bugs were found hiding there. Just do inspections perhaps 9monthly
  20. Charisma View
  21. These are some considerations: 1. Contrary to popular belief, a fridge is not a “water element”. 2. A regular fridge is often closed and most of the time enclosed by a metallic frame. And in the real sense, it is considered as belonging to the metal element. 3. Thus no issue even if the fridge faces a stove or an oven. 4. If a fridge has an ice or water dispenser; then such a fridge with such a “water” feature should not face a stove/hob. 5. A wine chiller where usually the door of this chiller has a visible glass door should ideally also not face the stove/hob(s). 6. Coming back to your concern… 6.1. What you mentioned has really nothing to do with Feng Shui since this fridge is or can be found outside of the kitchen! 6.2. Common sense says that ideally the stairs or anything nearby to it could possibly be a means of an emergency escape; other than jumping off balconies… 6.3. Thus best to avoid such items that draw electricity and the unlikelihood of the item catching fire. 7. Hey! Isn’t this more of a common sense than Feng Shui?
