Case Study 7: Any concern if I keep to the open kitchen concept? 1. Bedroom door partially faces the kitchen especially if it is an open kitchen concept. 2. Please take note that any items seen or symbolically from this bedroom door. 3. For example, this sha qi can be a microwave oven, toaster oven, or seemingly innocent items like forks and knives etc...

Case Study 6: Good news! Based on sampling of Block 956A, looks like no unit has the kitchen directly located at pure cardinal point of NW or the inauspicious Fire at Heaven's Gate with the exception of stacks/units 100 and 110 with a small part of the kitchen close to the fringe of the border between NW and North.

Not compulsory. But if want in CM: Width = 18cm (roughly 7 inches. Adjusted for roughly 1.5 inch border) Height = 29.3cm (which is around 11.5 inches - Okay) Base = 10 cm (around 4 inches - Okay)

The saying goes: "A miss is as good as a mile". Thus the house marked with a ref flag does not fall AT the cul de sac. It can also be said to be the third count from the end of the road. But it is not also not AT the end of the road.

Sorry, the one with the red flag does not seem to be at the end of the road. (Unable to comprehend, thanks)

Hi Master Cecil, is there any concern if we buy understorage bed frame? Reply: No issue.. but there were cases where occasionally bed bugs were found hiding there. Just do inspections perhaps 9monthly

These are some considerations: 1. Contrary to popular belief, a fridge is not a “water element”. 2. A regular fridge is often closed and most of the time enclosed by a metallic frame. And in the real sense, it is considered as belonging to the metal element. 3. Thus no issue even if the fridge faces a stove or an oven. 4. If a fridge has an ice or water dispenser; then such a fridge with such a “water” feature should not face a stove/hob. 5. A wine chiller where usually the door of this chiller has a visible glass door should ideally also not face the stove/hob(s). 6. Coming back to your concern… 6.1. What you mentioned has really nothing to do with Feng Shui since this fridge is or can be found outside of the kitchen! 6.2. Common sense says that ideally the stairs or anything nearby to it could possibly be a means of an emergency escape; other than jumping off balconies… 6.3. Thus best to avoid such items that draw electricity and the unlikelihood of the item catching fire. 7. Hey! Isn’t this more of a common sense than Feng Shui?

If I am not mistaken; I was surprised that this development still “collects” or records personal IC numbers. And saw contractors handing over their Identity card. Today or this day and age, this shouldn’t be the case right? Most likely the guards are using an outdated software to capture such information. They should stop such practices immediately. Previously, when The Trilinq Just T.O.P.; one must hand over an IC or driving licence where it was captured. Recent years no such thing anymore!
