If purely based on Period 7 Flying Star Feng Shui, an East 3 (E3 = 97.5 to 112.4 degrees) = 110 frontage at East has a Mountain #2 sickness with Water #7 = robbery star is overall not that great.
From today 2021 onwards, look for the MS#9 and Water#9. The Water #9 falls at North. And the MS#9 falls at the centrepoint of the unit.
Generally, not that good.

In theory, one can still consider the green area.
However, when applying Flying Star Feng Shui one should take extra care in cures and/or enhancements than one would for a normal chart.
This often calls for a “better” judgement or leave this to a more experienced person.
For the less experienced, can consider drawing two charts and look closely at them before applying Feng Shui cures or enhancements if any.

Period 9 NE2 has both the very auspicious double #9's at the frontage as well as Sum of Ten where the Base Star + Moutain Star adds up to Ten. Even if this sector has bad stars it can flip to become favourable sector.Period 8 NE2 has the misfortune sickness at the frontage. The Period 9 wealth stars are at East and South. Very unlucky if these sectors are e.g. a toilet especially at East
If rebuilt during Period 8, should have done so between 2004 till 2012. As from 2020 onwards.. very bad health issue at the frontage.
T.O.P. after 2024 is best.
Major construction (rebuild) can be done before 2024 but completion should be after CNY 2024 that's all

Hi Master Lee, sorry to disturb again.
My wedding is on 11 Dec and a friend is getting married a week before me.
I understand that I am not supposed to go attend her wedding due to “Chong Xi”. However, she does not believe in this tradition and asked if she can attend mine.
Hence, I am wondering if the “Chong xi” would also apply to her and if it will be better that she does not attend mine?

Nowadays youngsters don’t really care for such traditions that often don’t make common sense at all.
Frankly do ask both side of the parents if they have any objections or if they have faint knowledge.. then should be ok

Reply: Because of common sense = wind vortex if windows are opened. (Flame out) Or the heat may crack the glass.
