  1. Yes, for selecting the frontage, someone has to use Feng Shui techniques, prepare and evaluate. And certainly does not come from personal memory. Furthermore, no one else in this forum is interested if such a home’s…….
  2. As mentioned, it depends on the build of this home ie. not perfect plot but not a “fatal error”…plot.
  3. 1. So long blue and red lines are service roads to the surrounding estate and not busy highways. 2. Also proper design of the home makes or break this site/home.
  4. 1. Circled I assume are also neighbouring homes. 2. Vehicles drive are Left handed drive as in US etc…
  5. Morning Master Lee, the previous owner didn't remove this 八卦镜子. Any advice on the removal of 八卦镜子? Reply: After today or from tomorrow onwards, wrap it in a newspaper and throw it into the common bin in a plastic bag. No issue
  6. Formerly the iconic curved Block 79 Toa Payoh Central which also contained POSB Toa Payoh Central Branch was turned down Today’s site known as HDB CENTRAL HORIZON:- Blocks 79B, 79C and 78C still retains the iconic curved shape
  7. You are the best and we really appreciate how you help us bmaster
  8. Yes, I agree with you on that the work done does not merit the house changing to Period 8. In my opinion your house is most likely still a Period 7 home.
  9. Additional resources: Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui
  10. Not perfect under symbolism in Feng Shui. Fortunately it is considered minor issue or even a non-issue in Feng Shui. As there are more important considerations than this! Reference: There are even more important considerations… for example…. Is my existing house or potential new (re-sale) home still lucky today? https://www.geomancy.net/forums/blogs/entry/25-is-my-existing-house-or-potential-new-re-sale-home-still-lucky-today/
  11. Hi Master, is this a matter the joining at stove?
  12. Case Study 3: Units 100, 102, 128 & 130 and the specific Common Bin Lobbies 1, In red are railings that can be visible from the unit front doors. 2. The only thing that one cannot visibly see are the two chutes (recycle and common) frontage. Otherwise can see the common bin lobbies from these front doors.
  13. Case Study 2: Avoid low floors of stack #164 as it is directly facing the entry/exit of the development. 1. Stacks such as #02-164 and even #02-162 may possible to also affect by head-lights (or high-beams) especially when vehicles turn into the estate. 2. This is even more so for vehicles turning towards Block 213 MSCP.
  14. Case Study 1: Period 9 Flying Star Feng Shui with all stacks/units under either N2, S2 and N1 / N3.
