Yes, for selecting the frontage, someone has to use Feng Shui techniques, prepare and evaluate. And certainly does not come from personal memory. Furthermore, no one else in this forum is interested if such a home’s…….

As mentioned, it depends on the build of this home ie. not perfect plot but not a “fatal error”…plot.

1. So long blue and red lines are service roads to the surrounding estate and not busy highways. 2. Also proper design of the home makes or break this site/home.

1. Circled I assume are also neighbouring homes. 2. Vehicles drive are Left handed drive as in US etc…

Renovation-Period 7 House change to Period 8 House
Cecil Lee replied to myfs_120062's topic in General Help

Case Study 3: Units 100, 102, 128 & 130 and the specific Common Bin Lobbies 1, In red are railings that can be visible from the unit front doors. 2. The only thing that one cannot visibly see are the two chutes (recycle and common) frontage. Otherwise can see the common bin lobbies from these front doors.

Case Study 2: Avoid low floors of stack #164 as it is directly facing the entry/exit of the development. 1. Stacks such as #02-164 and even #02-162 may possible to also affect by head-lights (or high-beams) especially when vehicles turn into the estate. 2. This is even more so for vehicles turning towards Block 213 MSCP.
