Hi Ivy, You might want to consider (below) which consists of three major factors:- 1. How suitable is the unit to the breadwinner? (30 marks) 2. How lucky is the Interior Feng Shui? (35 marks) 3. External Feng Shui? (35 marks) = 100 marks The two alternative approaches:- Off-site Can or cannot buy Re-sale: https://www.geomancy.net/forums/blogs/entry/10-off-site-local-international-house-hunting-can-or-cannot-buy-eyeing-a-few-homes-which-home-is-better-for-me/ On-site Can or cannot buy Re-sale: https://www.geomancy.net/forums/blogs/entry/11-on-site-house-hunting-can-or-cannot-buy-review-of-a-re-sale-home/

Toilet underneath staircase - is there any remedy?
Cecil Lee replied to aqiaqua's topic in General Help
Frankly, not perfect, but not a fatal error or issue. Unlike the opposite of a toilet above the stairs = highly unlikely case. -

Source and Credit: Todayonline.com June 12, 2022 Property hunters who buy government-built flats have to occupy them for a set period before they could be put up for sale, and this is typically five years from the date of key collection. HDB recently revised rules for flat owners under its Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme Owners will only be able to sell their replacement flats five years after collecting their keys It used to be seven years after selecting a replacement flat or five years after collecting keys, whichever came earlier This rule change took effect from April 7 Mr Ismail Gafoor, chief executive officer of real estate firm PropNex Realty, said this means that owners of Sers replacement flats will have to live in their new flats longer before they are allowed to sell them in the open market — now that construction time is not part of the equation and the occupancy period starts from the key collection date. Before the change of rule, homeowners could sell their replacement flats seven years after they selected it — which would include construction time — or five years from when they collected their keys, whichever came earlier. Property hunters who buy their flats from HDB are required to occupy their flats for a set period before they could be put up for sale. This is known as the “minimum occupation period” and for most flats, it lasts five years from the date of key collection. READ ALSO 4 HDB blocks at Ang Mo Kio Ave 3 selected for Sers; first such en bloc since 2018 The exceptions are flats under the relatively new Prime Location Public Housing scheme, where the wait is 10 years, and for flats bought under the new Fresh Start Housing Scheme, which is 20 years.

Can I install mirrors in the home
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Feng Shui Tips & Guidelines
Hi Master Lee, I just want to clarify regarding the bathroom mirror design. If split line x3 like in this picture, no problem right? Is it better to have half mirror and half shelf, or full mirror (like picture) or doesn’t matter. Frankly, based on common sense. What matters most is when one stands at the sink, there should not be a split line when one looks at their own beautiful or not so beautiful face, that’s all. Pure common………. Sen…….Se This is not Feng Shui. LOL And FS does not micro manage every single tiny thing. Common sense does.. LOL -

1. In my opinion, this is minor issue (if any). Just make it a habit to close Bedroom 1 door when not in use. 2. I doubt, firstly if anyone will place a bed-head visible at this side of the door. 3. Secondly, even if the bedroom 1 door is opened, fortunately, it faces a solid wall and not an opening such as a rear balcony sliding door or window(s). Thus no possibility of a straight path (leak) between the front (deck side) toward bedroom 1 and out of the house. 4. Often if one has a small family, and if this bedroom 1 is but only used as a study or office, no real concern (if any). 5. In my opinion, there are better things to do or worry than this "thing". Although it is not "Perfect" this is never a considered a FATAL error or issue. LOL. (Consider this as "peanuts"). Yes!
