  1. Have to create a Part 2 to avoid slow loading on this page:
  2. Part 1 already has too many photos and locations. This is Part 2. A continuation of my visits to various parts of Singapore. During the cause of Feng Shui Audits anywhere in Singapore! To go to Part 1:
  3. Another separate comment:
  4. These are some considerations: 1. In my opinion, the many previous discussions are specifically that of T-junctions + vehicles which may once in a million run-amok. 2. There are also discussions and comments of Cross-junctions (X-junctions). 2.1. Please note that homes facing cross-junctions besides often hearing screeching of brakes or clash of metal (vehicles or bikes = kissing each other). Can be unpleasant to hear. 2.2. Some believe that some traffic junctions are considered "dirty" .... 3. For Cross-junctions, there is another category of risks: that of malignant forces. 4. Here, unfortunately the risks are higher of someone dying as a result of a fatal accident at Cross-junctions. Thru time, some junctions are prone to such things. 5. Thus even if the unit is at 5th storey and especially if one or more of the household is having a low-ebb of low AURA, and or in some circumstances attracted to a child, then there is a risk of such things. 6. Similar to the occupational hazard of a Feng Shui Master. 6.1. There is always an off-chance that we may encounter such things during our auditing of homes / offices, commercial premises.

  10. Bee Yee Teochew Fish Ball Kuay Teow Mee at Happy Hawkers $4/-. Light and well balanced. Need to add the red chilli padi to make it spicy. Comes with a small meatball. Pairs well with the red chilli padi.. flavours as mentioned is light and nice...
  11. This development very like that also...
  12. Okay, this is still common place: In recent years, one condo tried to sue a resident who placed a shoe cabinet encroaching the common lobby.
  13. In the past, many condos or private estates were very strict in that no “dirty laundry” should be visible from the balcony or living room windows. Nowadays, it is taken for granted that I may do so. Even if the condo by laws said no to this. It is still strictly applied here:
  14. $6/-. Acceptable or okay. Looks spicy.. but not. As chillies are mild to the taste. Good that they also provide dark soya sauce chilli...
  15. Case Study: Illegal dumping at Common bin chute at Condos and Private Apartments This is what happens with inconsiderate acts by residents and neighbours... Location: Apartment suites at The Promenade at Pelilat
  16. Chee Cheong Fun although is a common breakfast food. But in my opinion, this stall stands out especially their chilli sauce with the smooth texture of their plain rice noodles.
  17. This Wanton Noodles stall is not the most popular stall in the Hawker Food Centre. $3/- only! But their black sauce QQ wanton noodles are very tasty. Their wantons are really fantastic both in taste and smell. The only thing is of course their thinly sliced Cha siew meat is very dry. But this is expected from a traditional style noodle stall. Tempted to get the spinach noodles. My only concern sometimes is how fresh ate they? The other two stalls: A jack of all trades stall: The most popular stall in the Food Centre: Always long queue especially before opening
  18. The Housing and Development Board (HDB) will trial a new generation parking system at the newly completed Northshore Residences I and II in Punggol from Monday, Jan. 4, 2021.
  19. Frankly, not everything has to be answered by a Feng Shui Master. This falls under Common Sense. Good to put on one's thinking cap. 20. Good guidelines...from various Federations: Taoist Federation, Singapore Buddhist Federation and Wat Ananda Metyarama:- To all Devotees, Responsible Burning of Incense and Joss Paper during 7th Lunar Month. During the 7th Lunar month yearly, Chinese devotees in Singapore observe the tradition of paying their respects to their loved ones who have departed. The Taoist Federation (Singapore), the Singapore Buddhist Federation, Wat Ananda Metyarama and Chua Chu Kang Town Council would like to encourage all devotees to practise considerate joss paper/incense burning and adopt safety measures while carrying out these traditional rites. In order to maintain a clean, pleasant and safe living environment for all, we would like to remind all devotees of the following: 1) Please use designated incense burners provided by your Town Council or proper incense burners when burning incense offerings. 2) Please avoid open burning of joss papers and incense sticks directly on the ground and grass patches as this poses potential fire hazards and damages ground surfaces which are common public property. 3) There is no need for the customary throwing of joss paper in the air to indicate "Prosperity". Please kindly burn these joss paper instead. 4) For you and your neighbours' safety, please do not leave an incense burner unattended while burning and do not dispose inflammable items such as lighters, matchsticks and cigarette butts into the burner. We would like to appeal to all devotees to be considerate and play their part in keeping their environment clean by practising responsible joss paper/incense burning. The religious federations will be working closely together with the Town Councils to provide guidance in order to ensure the cleanliness of estates and deter indiscriminate burning of incense offerings at common areas. Should you have any feedback or enquiries on the provision of incense burners, please do not hesitate to contact Chua Chu Kang Town Council at Hotline: 6569 xxxx. We thank you for your kind consideration and cooperation.
