Case Study 5: Call this a Secret Weapon of sorts in Feng Shui 1. For landed properties, trees are the secret weapon in their Feng Shui. 2. Here, how about: "a top hung window at the side which can remain open all day, especially useful during raining days." 3. How often many of us wish to enjoy the cool breeze on a rainy day to be forced to close our windows for fear of rain water splashing into our rooms. 3. Juliet is indeed a secret weapon for this condo development. -

Case Study 4: Do you consider children a blessing as in angels or monsters? 1. Okay, we get you. If your answer is the later, then avoid getting a unit especially at #04. Just avoid any unit there. 2. As even high floors may not be immune to the screams of joy from the tiny .. Monsters.. LOL 3. Also take note of any other facilities that has "KID" written on it... 4. We strongly protest being called Monsters! We are so cute and adorable! 4.1. Sorry, but you are disturbing my work and zoom conference! Huh? Close the windows? We are not given double insulated windows...or noise reduction balcony ceiling panels... You kids are no angels, either... LOL -

Case Study 3: Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, Tower (or Point-Blocks) are the safest to allow better air or Qi flow around a block and units within it. Blocks e.g. Blocks like 16 and 18 could have been more spaced out.. but in general, not perfect but better than been "stuck" or glued together... -

Case Study 2: Ki & Lucky numbers? Oh Dear! Under Flying Star Feng Shui - not so lucky numbers... #3 = Quarrels, conflicts and legal entanglements #2 = Sickness The good news is there are thousands of Numerology formulas. And it is a 50/50 chance that the number(s) are Good or Bad... LOL So don't worry too much about auspicious numbers, lah! -

Case Study 1: What is significance of the name of this development? What does Ki represents? 1. In recent years, there seems to be many foreign sounding words for a development. E.g. Ola .... 2. Okay we get it. Ki in Japanese means Spirit of the place. 2.1. Certainly sounds close to the heart of harmonious internal Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. It is a good start. Resembles one of those four pieces of Four Season's wall hung displays of Spring, Summer, Autum and Winter... hmm... Oops! Not exactly the Chinese Four Seasons.. Of course! This is not Chinese. It is Nipponese! The Net's word association seems auspicious enough:- Potential Buyer: "Girl, give me a good reason why you like the name?" Girl: "Finally my Hokkien Ah Ma can easily pronounce it!" Girl: "You see, Ah Ma takes taxi's regularly and she had a hard time with many other names" Potential Buyer: "KEY CHIU!" Good enough reason to buy, GIRL!" Girl: "Pa pa, one day you can also be of ministerial material like that guy in Tanjong Pagar." -
