  12. 1. Firstly, thank you for your advice - All brand new. 2. On my part, when I have the time, I will search relevant developers / agents website to see if they have the site plan / floor plans. 3. Sometimes register for an e-brochure. 3.1. But often even at developer's site even directs to an Agent. 3.2. Understandably the Agent wants to handshake with you only if you want to buy a unit there. 4. Thus all these lead to a delay in the reviews. As often, I can only review when I have also the time. LOL

  18. Case Study 8: Another comprehensive review of a Can or Cannot Buy stack/unit at Florence Residences 1. Sometimes, if there is only one stack/unit reviewed; one cannot say for sure whether the next stack/unit is better or worse than this stack/unit. 2. Thus, one has to be realistic and say whether it is Okay to buy or not. As it is not a clear-cut case to reject the purchase. 3. For example under above Case Study 5, the stack/unit at Vue 8 is confirmed not recommended to purchase.
