Frankly, this must be your first home. For sure many experienced buyers will certainly not touch 351. (Even if one is a West Group person). As the frontage faces true West at 270 degrees. Where most likely from 12pm onwards to even as late as 4pm.. hot, hot hot.. Here, I am not comparing to your best choice or low floors for that matter. Stigmas and reality like "afternoon sun" can also.... More... 7th Choice = *NE2-xxEFHT @W2-351A @W2-xxxA Legend: @ = Client wanted to wait, do renovations and move-in during Period 9: S2 -> Auspicous Double #9's at North or rear of the unit for S2. Which means Period 9 wealth luck is wasted at the kitchen area. SE2 -> Auspicous Double #9's at NW or rear of the unit for SE2. Which means Period 9 wealth luck is wasted at the kitchen area. SW2 -> Auspicous Double #9's at NE or rear of the unit for SW2. Which means Period 9 wealth luck is wasted at the kitchen area. W2 -> Auspicous Double #9's at East or rear of the unit for W2. Which means Period 9 wealth luck is wasted at the kitchen area. A = Expect afternoon sun all year round at the frontage of the unit. For stack #433, high floors will encounter more afternoon sun.

What want to use wall papers in my home. Do I need to take note of anything? 1. In all honesty, this is primarily related to logical reasoning. 2. In the event that family members start falling ill frequently after the installation of the wallpaper(s), can we attribute it to poor Feng Shui? or Poor Toxic Material? 3. The wall paper should possess at least one of the following characteristics: 1. Durable and has a long lifespan 2. Prevents peeling 3. Easily washable 4. Prevents mold and mildew 5. Fire retardant 6. Anti-bacterial 7. Free from harmful chemicals and VOCs.

First of all, I hope you, your family + loved ones & friends are staying safe during this turbulent time. Better days ahead! Let's hope that this Lock-down will not be extended another fortnight ++. But it looks that way now...for more weeks... Personally, I find the term: Circuit Breaker, a colourful term + an air of sophistication + wholly ambiguous especially for the elderly. No wonder read that a few got into an entanglement with the law. When one elderly man eat at his Void deck furniture fixture. And another elderly lady had her food seated at a hawker centre. When we were taught English. One best example was Ernest Hemingway’s classic book: “The old man and the sea”. Simple English. Why not this? Simi lah... circuit breaker? Catch No Ball in the beginning... COVID19 has no borders or sophisticated terms or to justify Million dollar sounding name. LOL A down-to-earth name ... should be the way...

Master Hua HK Style Roasted Delight and Noodle at 7 Stars Coffeeshop at HDB Skyville Dawson Road. At $3.50 Noodle is chewy and flavourful. Generous amounts of chicken. Self-service chilli sauce. Use as much as you want. Sweet but nice flavours. Most disappointed was that the soya sauce chicken is so (Si) salty that I had to drink lots of water after each bite. Yes unbelievable salty chicken! Nearly gave up eating the chicken meat! Maybe the cook was having a bad mood that day!

Case Study 10: Location of common bin and the two lifts per block 1. Which stacks/units literally beside the common bin? 2. Usually sharing the same wall as the two lifts is not a major concern, if any. 2.1. Please note that the location of the bins are an estimate. If not sure, always confirm with your respective Agent for added assurance. 2.2. Often a developer should very much have the block layout plan showing the common corridor and detailed plans of the block. 2.3. For example, if one looks at HDB's actual Sales Brochure, not only the site plan has clear markings of common bins. 2.4. But also actual detailed block layout. 2.5. Previously I had posted a similar block layout under the topic "Hillion" condo. Where my client got a copy of it. Prior to her signing on the dotted line. 2.6. Here, another client got what she wanted from the developer. (or rather their Agent). 2.7. Please don't be meek. Demand for it from your respective Agent. If the Agent gives lots of excuses. Tell them off. And get another Agent. 2.7.1. Fortunately, so far, many Agents will accomodate this request. But I understand from past experience that a few clients were given a firm NO answer. You know what to do.. now.. LOL
