Case Study 12: Site reserved for place of worship 1. Still not known whether it is a Chinese / Indian temple, Church or Mosque. 2. No matter what, there is often a stigma especially one's home faces such a facility. Even if stacks like #136 and #138 does not directly face it. 3. For stack #140 only from the service yard area can one visibly look directly towards this facility. Related:

1. Some Singapore Feng Shui Masters, particularly those with ancestral connections, operate under the guise of a Feng Shui Store. 2. They often choose to give their store an appealing name such as "Lifestyle...". 3. Always asks: "Must I buy from YOU?" -
HDB Urbanville @ Woodlands BTO launched in November 2020

These are some considerations: Part 1: PP and DOP 1. From current examples from completed sites, usually 2nd storey units are affected by the roof-line(s) of the DOP. 2. Fortunately, since the DOP is not directly at either 321 and 323's frontages, the specific DOP is a non-issue. 3. It is true that mostly likely #03-321 to perhaps #04-321 may have an indirect view of the PP. But fortunately, only unless one is such a "busy body" to constantly look towards the PP. 4. In fact, two actual stacks 343 and 345 are the ones that directly face this PP. 5. Usually, PP's of newer developments often do not have that frequent wakes = Touchwood! Especially since mostly occupied by younger couples. 5.1. Unless lots of the couples have elderly staying with them. (Malay weddings.. not sure.. though). 6. Thus for low floors of 321 and 323, maybe, just maybe occassional "noise" coming from the PP. 6.1. And I believe, even so, there is perhaps a restriction like say? 10pm... not allowed any "noise?". While frankly, 323 is the least of an issue - if any. Part 2: DOP and Sha Qi from stack #329 towards stacks #321 and #323 7. The easiest way to see if a unit is affected or not by Sha Qi is to draw similar YELLOW highlights. 8. One will notice that the DOP is no where near this YELLOW highlight. 9. However, one will notice that #329 is in the way. 9.1. This type of Sha Qi is a TYPE 2 - Poison arrow. To learn more, click this link:- -
Case Study 11: Both plots belong to the state. Yet, they are divided in an odd manner. 1. Why like this (in yellow)? 2. Okay, the above is considered mild in comparison to this Garden Vale @ Tengah:- Credit: Streetdirectory.com 3. Hopefully, HDB has a good reason for such a sub-division of territory. 5. And yes, the planner(s) of Parc Residence and Garden Vale must not be allowed ever to plan roads and highways. LOL

Case Study 10: Potential Poison Arrow(s) from sharp corner of MSCP aimed towards lower floors of #124 and #194 1. As the MSCP is 4/5 storeys high, best to purchase a higher unit often to be safe, greater than 6 or more levels high. 2. Even if the unit is higher than the 4/5 storeys; there can also be the lamp posts on the roof garden. 2.1. These lamp posts can equally be a potential poison arrow if aimed to say unit 130 window openings.

Case Study 8: Sha Qi from stack 133 aimed towards stacks #137 and #139 1. To understand this type of Sha Qi, additional resources can be found under this link:- https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/15997-the-tapestry-by-cdl-at-tampines-unexpected-sha-qi-and-poison-arrows-the-luxurie-la-fiesta-greenfoliage/?tab=comments#comment-34689

Case Study: Understanding of Human/Man Luck under the Holy Trinity of Chinese Luck System 1. In cases where Location X3 is satisfactory (neither exceptional nor below average, but simply average). 2. Therefore, even if the Feng Shui of a house is not exceptional, a person's Human/man luck system can occasionally enhance the overall luck.

1. In my personal view, when contemplating the acquisition of a prospective residence for myself, I emphasize two key factors: a. The significance of location is paramount. b. Additionally, I consider the timely Flying Stars: For Period 7, I favor a residence featuring double #7's at the front. In Period 8, I seek either double #8's or Water star #8 at the front. Regarding Period 9, Water star #9 is preferred, along with double #9's if feasible. 2. In the aforementioned scenario, Kua and Ba-zi + Kua are regarded as supplementary factors to evaluate, yet they do not hold a central position in my decision-making process. 3. Once again, it is clear that my primary objective is to identify the ideal home with optimal Shapes and Forms or LX3. Missing out on such a valuable opportunity is not something I am prepared to accept.

1. When guidelines are too strict or narrow for real-world use, you risk overlooking a hidden treasure or an unpolished gem of a home. 2. Is it better to choose a house that matches both your Ba Zi and your Kua, or should you focus only on your Kua? This decision is important, especially when you consider how your Ba Zi and Kua work together. 3. The main factors to consider when looking for a suitable home come down to two key elements: location, location, location (LX3) or excellent external shapes and forms, which make up 70%, and the principle of Yangzhai San Yao, which accounts for the remaining 30%, for a total of 100%. 4. You may choose to treat Ba Zi and Kua as a single combined consideration, or focus only on Kua within the Yangzhai San Yao framework. 5. It is important to understand that even within the Yangzhai San Yao framework, the Frontage factor plays a minor role compared to the strong influence of LX3! 6. Over time, many people (especially Singaporeans) have become used to relying mainly on theoretical knowledge. While remembering what we have learned is useful, true excellence lies in practical application. This may help explain the shortage of entrepreneurs in Singapore. 7. The key to success is to place the LX3 factor above all other considerations! Do not overlook valuable opportunities, as internal factors can often be adjusted or improved.

Case Study 3: Kudos to the planner on the design of the two entry/exits of this HDB Costa Grove 1. Good that none of the stacks/units are affected by Sha Qi especially from vehicles entering the service road:- 2. Many other planners of other estates should take note of this sterling example - subject to constrains for smaller sites.

Case Study 7: An Olympic sized pool really for HDB Parc Residences? 1. I heard a rumour that HDB Parc Residences will get a swimming pool as shown, here:- 2. Sorry, the above is FAKE news! 3. What I wanted to illustrate is that for higher floors that have a view of swimming pool... Sorry! I mean the MSCP roof garden, 4. This "wrap" around the MSCP car park garden is not a new concept. One of the earliest design concept was the Phase 1 where inner units also has similar wrap around the MSCP roof-garden. 5. The idea is that a water position simply means that nothing can be built above it. And if any unit faces such a "water position" will have clear-space or clear-view up to at least the pool or water position. 6. For units at HDB Parc Residences, common sense says that one should try to get higher than the MSCP roof-garden to enjoy such a view! 6.1. In addition, even if the unit is above the MSCP roof-line, there might be lamp posts on the roof-garden to cause a poison arrow! 6.1.1. Thus safest is perhaps a higher unit! 7. Okay, this is indeed the correct site plan. No real water position. But nevertheless this is called: VIRTUAL WATER position. =

Case Study 6: What a pity great views but direct afternoon sun 1. Personally, I dislike living in any afternoon sun home. Worse if it has direct afternoon sun. 2. Thus to me it is a great pity that stacks like #141, #143, #149 and #151 have great unblocked greenery view... 3. These stacks also have direct afternoon sun: #108, #110 #116 & #118:-

Case Study 5: Common bins / bin lobby are already in an optimal placement location 1. One test I always do to see if the common bins are at a reasonable optimal location is to draw a circle. 2. If the common bin can be enclosed nicely within the circle(s) - see below, this is traditional and "hard to fault" position. 3. Furthermore, usually no unit front door faces the bin lobby/bins. 3.1. Although, it is inevitable that often one unit could be close-by to the bin lobby.

Case Study 4: Any concern if I select a unit facing a traffic junction? 1. Stack #180 directly facing the traffic junction. 2. Stacks #178 and also #158 and #160 are generally also considered as facing a junction. 3. Stacks #107 and #109 also faces a cross junction. 4. Learn more about the concerns (if any), here:-
