Today (4 January 2020). By now, many of the above links are out-dated! It's simply a snapshot of the distant past... of 18 years ago... -
Grab customer: “Accidentally inputs destination as Botannia” Taxi arrives... Grab customer: “Enters taxi” Taxi Driver: “Are you MR Lim? To Botannia?” Grab customer: “Playing with his phone.. not attentive... Yes! Quick...Go...Lah! “ (Above: Botannia at West Coast!) Grab customer; “Hey! This is not PARC Botannia!” Another day, another mix up, again! LOL

Just T.O.P. Luxus Hill Drive Even new and modern terrace homes also has a side gate built into the main gate... Another consideration (not Feng Shui) is that all auto gates are suppose to swing into the home. Unlike many older houses where the owners “illegally swing” it outwards. This is because an innocent pedestrian could be caught out if the walk right towards the five foot way and slam against the opening gate...

Tanjong Rhu spicy hot wanton noodle
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Current Affairs & Lifestyle
Annually I would visit a client at Penjuru Close. KL style wanton mee. Just $3/-. The small amount of their special black sauce does wonder to the noodles! This is the first time, I refrain from adding or stirring the chilli sauce with the noodles. Very fragrant, noodles chewy and the char siew nice and flavourful. The three wantons were also generous and lovely. Wasted, that it is an annual affair! Hope my client invites me for more years to come! -

Sure. But we cannot incorporate the side gate into the main gate right, such that there is a frame and people have to bend over to get into the house. Correct? Grandmother’s tale. For small terraces, perhaps this is the only way to have it. As common as grains of the sand in a beach. Even many semi-d has this. Not like one is so old that cannot bend down. No harm also to exercise the neck Furthermore this side gate incorporated into the main gate saves space and the most cost effective method.. practised long long time ago. Even my grandfather’s bungalow built on the 1950’s once had such a side gate, then.

Sims Villa Residences by Hong Leong & CDL
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Around Singapore
First looks: Sims Villa Residences is on a almost rectangular plot of land bounded between the PIE and Sims Drive. Most likely we may see a MSCP (car park) along the stretch facing the PIE. Perhaps similar to Sims Urban Oasis? It’s my Guess...only... And the Nexus International School (across the highway) looks ready... -

Twenty years ago, many potential customers always ask me this question: “Must I buy Feng Shui products from you!” Today, Geomancy.net has an established presence. And a champion of no purchase of commercial Feng Shui product.” Each of us should do our part in giving these unscrupulous sellers a thumbs-down. Simply by avoiding them totally and educate our family and loved ones. Remember: “When the buying Stops, the selling Can!”
