Case Study 3: All stacks facing Sungei Beok are of Flying Star SW1 facing and the water flow is from Right to Left especially for Stacks 100, 110, 106, 148, 156, 158, 162, 164 and166. Under the Water Classics, make a guess whether this flow is auspicious or inauspicious for these stacks? There can only be two outcomes: Yes or No?

Case Study 2: Of temporary unblocked views and future residential construction noise and dusts 1. Stacks especially that of 110, 106, 148, 156, 158, 162, 164, 166 and perhaps also 100 views of Sungei Bedok by a future high rise residential development sandwiched between this development and Sungei Bedok. 2. Nowadays it seems construction works take at least around 3 years or more to complete.

Not perfect but the saving grace is a creek. Concern again is floods if any. The otherwise the plot beside the creek seems attractive.If the purpose is to build a home on this 2 hectares is possible. The unknown is whether will there be possible flooding of the plot. Plus Feng Shui also considers the external environment not just the plot.Who say one? "Some homes do not have good or fantastic Feng Shui. But this all makes up with good Human / Man Luck in this home. The opposite can be true: A home may have good Feng Shui but lousy Human / Man Luck factors, a good home can result being a poor place to stay." Cecil Lee. September 2021Frankly, I was looking at two considerations: 1. GENERALLY under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui = Not great. While the other based on Flying Star and How suitable to the breadwinner : Frontage / Kitchen / Main Bedroom are not looked at here. 2. I was also looking at Human or Man Luck factor i.e. of living below a tennis court? Go check out how many marks this Human / Man luck adds to one's luck... 3. Even say if got good Feng Shui but not that great feeling..... I say no more... 4. Anyway, as I mentioned, this is subjective. 5. Other motives could be perhaps things like excellent discount etc.. this is monetary consideration which for such and such a buyer can even be one of the happy moments to make them elated under their Human / Man Luck!My honest opinion: "Give me also I don't want!" is house direction from inside the front door looking outside? My kua number is 8 (west group) and husband is 1 (east group). What happen if some developments only have east or west or if there both very little of the other?
