Recently visited Northoaks as a new client just purchased a re-sale unit, here.
Northoaks pretty well maintained, today.
With a self-service walk-in visitor’s input screen: where the visitor has to identify his identity card number, phone number and input the block/unit that he wants to visit. Finally, the visitor’s photo is captured by the screen...hmmm...
Condos with squash courts are rare today! A few remain, today.
Nice to see so many resident’s toddlers playing together at the children’s playground...
Coloured mosaic belong to the early 2000’s era.. well maintained...
Reasonable sized main Swimming pool:-
How to completely Ensure that the trunks of palm trees lined along the entrance towards the estate do not topple down? Hmm...

The side facing the afternoon sun.
A distinctive weave concealing the fire escape staircase.
This structure is slender and elevated.
According to the Five Elements philosophy, it is categorized under the "Wood element."
The stylistic "basket weave" characteristic of this building:-
This structure is not designed for automobile enthusiasts. There are limited parking facilities and a scarcity of covered spaces.... Nevertheless, most of the units are currently rented out.
If you look carefully, each unit is tiny thus one will notice that each unit consisted of TWO (2) floors...
Each unit spans two floors each.

Copper piping is bendable and if proper installed; leak proof.
However, today many homes there were built with water piping built around the 1995’s have started to corrode with tell tale signs of greenish pitting has started to leak...
These pipes are in a new refurbished SingPost building.
Stainless steel or PVC pipes are today a better value!
Did you see the stains on these pipes?

Altar placement "too far" from main door
in General Help
Posted
No motivation if the partition highlighted in yellow is as shown with the altar level with it.
Possible to be at green but under a few considerations:
1. Proper dimensions of the altar particularly the height is to be correct
2. No oven, stove or microwave sharing the same wall as the altar
3. Although the side of the altar faces the guest room is no issue (marked by a blue line); Nevertheless some conservative persons will say it is inauspicious for this. To shut up
their mouth, possible to get an enclosed altar with a solid wooden side wall facing the bedroom wall...
