But not as huge as this advertisement suggests:- In Singapore, numerous condominiums and executive condominiums (ECs) feature a minimum of 1,000 units. Perhaps Affinity is eager to demonstrate that it is yet another "Treasure @ Tampines". LOL. Honestly, many individuals would prefer residing in a more compact development. Therefore, that sales pitch is not particularly impressive... Please make a better effort next month! Simply state, "We may not be the largest, but we are optimally sized with 88 exceptional facilities."
