Non-religious Chinese customs: Can u check for the fruits, can all put in a big red plate or must put each in different plates? Reply: No specific rule. As you can see anything goes Pick and choose what you like, here -

A quick glance seems like either the Sharp corners cancel out each other or even if it does not, may not be an issue; As the poison arrow (if any) are at the rear of the unit. Such as more often the yard, utility or kitchen area. It is not like it is aimed towards a living room opening. However, if there is a bedroom window at this “rear” of the unit, drawing the day curtains does help.

Sorry, there were no rankings done for the 4 rooms. Quite busy.. so unable to confirm they are S2 or not -
Yes, indeed even locally in Singapore, metallic roofs are popular, especially for private small developments. And it is the only material that can be curved. Frankly, not an issue. As we are at the mercy of the construction materials in our home. For eg. Some homes have brick concrete structures. While others are wooden homes etc...

Case Study: Always look at the "fine print!" (Layout actually needs to be mirrored!). As "eye-ball" method alone may not be good enough! Yes, you are absolutely correct. As a quick eye-ball method is not enough-:) One further step is needed. To look closely at the layout to the site-plan: one should not assume that the layout provided is always correct. It has to be MIRRORED! Thus a quick glance of looking at the layout facing South and a quick zoom in is not enough! Once, the layout is mirrored, then it tells a different story. The kitchen then is at NE. Thanks for pointing this out. When I mirrored the layout, indeed the kitchen is now at NE:- This photo was actually taken at the showflat:- Yesterday, one of my past client also bought the exact stack.. and then called me.. as I also based on this quick glance told her that the kitchen was at NW. Later, will whatsapp to tell her the good news. Thus the morale of the storey is: "Sometimes a quick glance and depending on what was furnished is not good enough. One should also don't simply trust the info provided and actually see if the layout plan need to be mirrored or not."

Many other developments chose rounded Bollard lights.. but this developer has to choose Square lights. And again purposely tilt it at 30 degrees... Let no one trip and..... Block signage is ridiculous short...? Lavendar coloured overgrown plays that covered close to one third of the pathway. Too curved paths.. Especially the last photo, can be remedied... Seriously, I hope the developer had learned a lesson, here and give themselves a tight slap; and make sure the next development is more user friendly. The adage: “ You stay there, the developer and their families don’t “ Furthermore, taking a cue from Treasure Crest, that development is friendly to the Guards (guardroom) with a huge over hang to shade the Guards. Pity the Guards here. They are also human beings coupled with afternoon sun facing guardroom. Many of the Guards already shows signs of suntanning... In the Long run also may have a accerated cataracts...anyway, not the Subsidary Proprietor’s or resident’s problem, right-:( Please note that these comments are not directly Feng Shui...until bad luck happens! If you are a subsidiary proprietor SP.. please group together and confront the developer to make good as much as they can. Especially sharp signages and more... It is totally unwarranted or acceptable and could have been done right in the first place.

Who in the right mind plans such a thing? Dangerous angled railing towards the pathway ... hope no one trips and fall. Instead of fall and get up... this is fall and ouch! Never get up... Narrow pathway with metal rails sticking out like a sore-thumb. Non-child safe In Hokkien is “ Seow! Ah” = crazy lah!
-
This is not as bad...considering other area that need more attention... Narrow 90 degrees ...do keep a close watch for toddlers moving around this area/bend ... Narrow 90 degree turn, here:-
-
This development is not that friendly to toddlers: with many unlevel pathways and tight turns. Pray hard that no one injures themselves in this development..touch wood! I won't want to bring any child 2 to 5 years old anywhere near this development... It is in my opinion an accident waiting to happen. By then the planners and the development have already wash their hands with detergent ... and disappeared from this site.

For those who are interested in RISIS products, please go directly to their website. Instead of writing to me to ask about their products. Furthermore, the subject items in the catalog in the year of 2000! That’s like 18 years ago! Wow! Frankly, these are high quality decorative items.. not related to Feng Shui. Neither do we earn any commissions-:) Thanks!
