  1. Case Study 1 - Swings in wealth luck and health considerations with stacks/units surrounding marking in red "X". A bottle-neck or funnel can cause severe imbalances or vortexes in the flow of Qi that can affect health & wealth at Mayfair Gardens 1. Unlike the recent launch of sites like Jadescape, where all blocks are tower or point blocks. 1.1 Which has overall good qi flow all round each block. However, Mayfair Gardens is far from ideal especially around location marked in red as "X" see below:- Credit: PropNex - credit given by their stamp... 2. This development is much like a kelong or a large fishing ship laying a net to lure fishes to the location marked in red as "X" 3. Highly vulnerable to both poor health and luck especially during exceptional windy (really windy) days. On occasions, one can get a windfall but on many other windy occasions the opposite is true. 3.1. Highly unbalanced flow of qi = Stacks #19, #20 & #30. 3.2 Secondary vulnerable are stacks #06 & #29 3.3. Entrapped unit = stack 18. Extremely poor luck.
  2. 1. The Private Learning Institution at PoMo (Selegie Road) where my client is based, made the switch to Vinyl tiles when they relocated a couple of years back. Unlike residential spaces, this institution caters to adults who do not engage in activities that involve sitting or playing on the floor. Therefore, the choice of flooring depends on the specific requirements of the location and the facilities available.
  3. Food for Thought: Vinyl Floor tiles for homes: Is it safe? Any side-effects (if any?) These are some considerations: 1. Earlier today, my client was examining the Feng Shui of their new residence. 1.1 The floor tiles in their HDB flat are uncovered. She disclosed that she works as a scientist and expressed her worries to me. 1.2 Except for the kitchen and toilets, her husband wants the entire house to be covered with vinyl tiles. 2. Nevertheless, she has recently conducted research on plastics, including melamine plastic plates, milk bottles, and even vinyl tiles Right: Does not matter if boy or girl...baby or toddler.. 3. She mentioned that her daughter is still a child and will spend a lot of time on the floor. The appeal of vinyl for them lies in its resemblance to the look and feel of wood. Additionally, unlike tiles, vinyl does not feel cold when touched. 4. The issue she is worried about is that even after installing the vinyl tiles, they may continue to emit chemicals. 5. If her child were a teenager or adult, she wouldn't be as concerned. However, because her child is young, they will be spending time near these vinyl tiles. 6. Due to the lack of extensive research, there is limited knowledge regarding any potential dangers. 7. She also worried that plastic milk bottles undergo a chemical change when hot liquids above 60 degrees are poured into them. As a child, she had her fair share of this concern. 8. Anything to take note when installing external blinds or zip-tracks? 8.1. In the present day, there is a proliferation of condos and ECs featuring balconies. I have discussed with numerous clients the importance of being cautious when it comes to the installation of external blinds or zip tracks. 8.2. This is due to the fact that not all brands are of the same quality. 8.3. The reason behind this caution is that the external blinds of many units are frequently exposed to intense sunlight, whether it be in the morning or afternoon. 8.4. Furthermore, certain blinds, when subjected to heat, may undergo chemical changes that result in the emission of toxic vapors. 9. It is advisable to take this factor into consideration when decorating your home. 9.1. This area has not been explored before. 9.2. The buyer should be cautious. 9.3. Is it a matter of being cautious rather than regretful?
  4. Case Study - What old baggage are you carrying around? And it is time to let it go! 1. In the many years of doing Feng Shui audit, the key ingredient is from new clients who previously had consulted a Feng Shui Master (FSM) before. 2. Many, many successful homes do not need such commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. 3. There are a high percentage of new clients who had finally realised that items like the Pi Xu whom often they were asked to purchase from their FSM are bull-shit!. Thus this group has no qualms in no longer placing such items in their new home! 4. There are also another group who felt that they had spent a king's ransom on their Pi Xu or whatever.. and found it a waste to discard it. For this group, I would say: "It is time to let it go!" 5. Don't you think that their previous FSM (in the long) term is being irresponsible? 6. Another practical point is that nowadays homes are getting smaller and smaller. To the point that many could not even find or create space to place a Pi Xiu. What is worse is that many have not only one Pi Xiu but many of them! 7. This is why, if we do search the internet, the clues become apparent. As many sellers and FSMs give all sorts of contradictory advice on where to place it. (Face main door, living room balcony etc.. etc..) Similar to the commercial product: that of the Three legged Toad. 7.1. Look at it, this Pi Xiu thing is no more than any other decorative items that if displayed openly can collect dust. Just like any other similar items. 8. Let us all be responsible. And educate our family members, our relatives, our friends. In turn, hope that they educate their family members also. 9. "When the buying stops! Yes, the selling can!"
  5. Another repeat customer..appreciation .. Full names masked out for confidentiality

  9. An old estate. Tasty food... Many new food court does not feature turtle soup. Old estates like Old Airport FC still has one. Their dry noodles is very tasty, the shiny gleam means that all the noodles are evenly coated with spices and chilly. Dry is $3/- One of the best.. I had tasted. You will certainly become Happy and Lucky once you tasted this vegetarian food stall. I believe this stall’s satay must be delicious... Are you studying for your Master’s degree? If so, you will sure to pass if you eat at this stall: Where to buy delicacies? Here... Rarely seen a vegetarian Carrot cake dish... Located at near-by Coffeeshop Deity and Japanese waving cats...decorations only
  10. SPH big move from 82 Genting Lane to SPH Toa Payoh. Gentle curved outwards staircase...
  11. Remember: Lions come in pairs! BUT do treat these as just display things. And commercial products sold in the name of Feng Shui. But the Pi Xiu should normally be ONE. Abnormally TWO.
  12. Views from Toa Payoh Apex. In Hokkien, Toa Payoh means big swamp. Truly it was before the 1960’s:
  13. Case Study: Significance of One or a pair (Two) Pi Xius? 1. Again, I want to emphasise that Pi Xius are commercial products in the guise of Feng Shui! 2. Do you know that a Pi Xiu unlike the Qi Lin’s are of Male gender. 2.1 While a pair of Qi Lin’s (Lions) are Male and Female. Male Qi Lin:- Above: Yes, my face and mouth has more male characteristsics Female Qi Lin holding a baby (Below): I have a more femine features. 2.2 Thus in the past, Pi Xiu under symbolism; they were sold as only ONE(1). Yes, ONE not TWO. 3. Today, those unscrupulous sells know that they can make more money by selling their “victims” that pair! Means more money for them. 4. By purchasing a pair of Pi Xius, it is like purchasing TWO males. Which contradicts the Yin and Yang concept. Where Yin = Female, while Yang represents the Male. 5. While the seller laughs his/her way to the bank... Caveat Emptor! Let the SUCKER, sorry, I mean the buyer beware! The saying goes: “A sucker is born every day. Don’t be that sucker, please!”
  14. Case Study: Please note that a kitchen at NW may affect some families more than others. If the breadwinner is a female ... ( in general) lesser extent... Case Study: You also wrote: "The north seems to be tiled more towards the right. But I may be wrong as I took the reading from outside the construction site and uses a mobile phone." Don't know how to take proper compass readings...is it? Say so... Erh.. please don't blame that SMART-phone of yours! LOL LOL LOL LOL! Case Study: Understand that there is a proper technique in taking proper compass readings! Learn why.... Extracts from Geomancy.net Book on the proper way of using the compass: Please ignore the above Instructions in orange as those pages are not replicated, here...
  15. Case Study: The inaccuracy of The Minton Sales Brochure Site map The Minton Sales Brochure Site map vs Streetdirectory.com with Onemap.sg's maps 1. Based on the North marking on the attached The Minton Sales Brochure: 1.1. Lets take a look at Block 14A. 1.2. Based on the Sales brochure, the block / stacks facing south shows a compass reading of 186 degrees: 2. Not totally relying on the above, I plot the protractor on streetdirectory.com's map and found that the reading was instead of 173 degrees. 3. I decided to use a third source: onemap.sg using the gov.data.sg map:- 3.1 The protractor reading also shows 172 degrees. And totally coincide with that of streetdirectory.com 4. If I were to use the readings on the Sales Brochure vs that of the other two maps, there is a 186 - 172 degrees = 14 degrees difference! Often, it can change the outcome of the Flying Stars especially if the readings was borderline. And sometimes, instead of a S2 unit, it may even become an S1 unit! The Flying stars for these two are totally different! 5. Fortunately, in this example: since S2 chart is based on 172.5 degrees to 187.4 degrees, a unit at block 14A still falls under S2. Often, one is not so lucky.
  16. Case Study: The inaccuracy of The Minton Sales Brochure Site map & the danger of relying totally on the Sales Brochure Site plan. Why I always do this: The Minton Sales Brochure Site map vs Streetdirectory.com with Onemap.sg's maps 1. 6. The morale of the story is: "Not to completely trust the Sales Brochure Site map". At least try to confirm the readings with another streetmap.
  17. Case Study: How accurate is The Garden Residences Sales Brochure site plan vs streetdirectory.com? 1. In my opinion, the most accurate streetdirectory map is from onemap.sg. As this local map uses the gov.data.sg survey map. This is why, the outlines of the blocks in any development is usually shown on their maps close to T.O.P. Or in many instances appear a month or more after T.O.P. 2. One can understand why. This is because, by logic and reasoning, only after the outline is physically built-up that it is then placed on their map. 3. The next best alternative before T.O.P. is to use the streetdirectory.com map. It is not perfect but there are many instances that when I use it to compare with the sales brochure, there are glaring differences. And so far, the streetdirectory map is more accurate than the Sales brochure's map. Or rather, in 10 out of 10 instances, the streetdirectory map later compared with the onemap.sg are similar. On occasions is just 1 to 3 degrees difference and within acceptable Flying star tolerance. 4. By now, usually the outline of say The Garden Residences of the blocks should appear. But it is still not available. 5. One way to do a quick ball-park check is to find some way of checking some parameters. 6. What I did was to try to see if the X - Y axis of the sales brochure matches it with that of the streetmap.com apparently they match. 6.1 In the above instance, they matched properly. The only thing is hopefully the developer had aligned each block within the sales brochure exactly. 6.2 I did a booklet on what is the main reason why if the wrong technique is used even on an iphone... your readings may get all messed up.... 7. From now I believe in this statement: " A bad workman blame their tools!" Not that the Sales Brochure North marking is wrong. 8. Flying Star Feng Shui of S3 facing stacks:
  18. Last month (August 2018), a former client of Master Lim Siak Loong engaged me to do a Feng Shui audif ot his new home. During our conversation, this client related that he also knew that Master Lim was a banker working in United Overseas Bank (UOB). One day, UOB had difficulty in selling off one of their premises. They asked him for help. And after did reviewed and through his recommendations, the unit was sold soon after.
  19. These are some considerations: 1. The External Environment and the plot and building 1.1. The above accounts for as much 70% of wealth luck. For those who wants to lease an office in a building. 2. The potential unit itself: 2.1 A good Feng Shui Master is useful, here. As selecting an office is as much as Shapes and Forms + feeling of the qi. 2.1.1 In addition, one of the key success factor is to locate how good qi can flow within the unit. Plus the location / seating of the "Boss" and especially "Accounting" and "Marketing/Sales" persons. 2.1.2 Under the 4 Good-Bad Directions or Zai Yun Feng Shui should also be taken into consideration. 2.1.3 For example, the unit seems good. But for the Boss, his/her good facing direction meant seating with back facing the frontage of the unit. 2.1.4 Thus better to find a unit that is favourable, in addition, direction of seating for the boss is not so odd. 2.2 Even if applying Flying Star Feng Shui, the key to unlocking wealth is drawing a proper chart. Again, often, this is more an Art than Science in determing what Flying Star direction to use etc... 2.3 This is why either one go by feel (without Feng Shui to plan) and hopefully get lucky. Or get a competent Feng Shui Master. 3. For the above reasons, at the lay person's end Para 1. and 1.1. is one's best bet. Plus hopefully a bit of luck in arrangement of the entrance area, and as I mentioned earlier location for key persons and activities. 4. Ancillary include the specifications of the signage(s) if any etc... 5. Frankly, you can go search and there is no one size fits all instructions of finding a good unit. 6. In conclusion: Trust your instincts to find a unit you feel SEEMS right. Or alternatively get help from a competent Geomancer.
  20. Hi Cecil , do you provide feng shui for english name ? Apologies ??somehow I missed your message. Usually more the reverse. Selection of a mandarin name; then using pin yin to provide an English name. Not the other way around
