Case Study: Any traffic congestion (if any)? 1. The Urban Treasures condo estate is just beside the "down stream" of Bedok Reservoir Road. The upstream are Aquarius By The Park, The Clearwater, Bay Water, Waterkey Front/Waves/Gold/Isle. 1.1. Especially for those who wants to head down to the city. 1.2. Between these condos there are also other condos and many HDB flats along this stretch of Bedok Reservoir Road. 1.3 Thus especially during peak periods, there is most likelyhood of some traffic jams at this stretch of road marked in RED. 2. So happens also the one and only entry into Jalan Eunos, Foo Kim Lin Road is thru this bottle-neck. 3. Besides the private housing estate, this bottle-neck is shared also with Euhabitat condo, Navian, Tropika East, Casata, Jalan Singa etc... 4. When Tropika East Condo also at Foo Kim Lin Road was opened for booking around year 2012. I was uncomfortable with this bottleneck: 5. As this was managed by Huttons the Agency tasked for the sale, their Agent brought me towards Katong to look at another development. Which I eventually bought the Katong one instead. The difference here is that I can count at least 6 or more alternatives into my home vs what a bottle-neck for Urban Treasures. LOL 6. Personally, this is not Feng Shui, but cars coming into Bedrok Reservoir Road somehow has to try to take a 90 degrees turn into Jalan Eunos... really not my cup of tea.... 6.1. Call me fussy... personally, I am put-off with buying a home with only one entry/exit such as this one...[especially when there can be a potential traffic jam, here] 7. Okay, if you are neutral to this. Then fine. Go ahead... and ....

How to determine stove facing direction? Is it true that the stove facing direction is where the person stands in-front of the stove and use it? No, this is false What is the concept behind this? This is based on the Eight Mansions (Eight House / 4 Good & 4 Bad) concept In the past, old stoves have an opening to place firewood or charcoal If so, this is considered as the mouth ? of the stove. Wherever this mouth faces is considered as the stove’s facing direction In modern times, stoves are literally table TOP stoves. This includes electric & induction stoves Here, the opposite direction where one stands facing a stove is considered as the stove’s facing direction For example if right now I am standing facing EAST. The stove is considered as facing WEST direction. Other Eight Mansions Applications Bed-head direction Nice-to. Not a must-do. Especially for completed homes or not built from scratch homes Study or work direction How suitable is the house to the main breadwinner How suitable are areas in a home For example: good sector for the bedroom etc or the toilet falls in the property sector Geomancy.net VER 8.8.2019 -

A parent or grandparent just passed away In the past a strong willed matriarch has the final say Let her set the tone and the period of mourning Nowadays, parents are less into strict adherence of Chinese customs. So long the advice given sounds reasonable, they will accept the advice Traditionally it is 1,000 days of mourning (around 3 years) Couples wanting to get married gets a reprieve to either: 1. Marry within 100 days of the passing Or 2. Wait till the mourning period is over This applies to moving into a new home etc... Once the mourning period is decided. This has to be adhered by immediate family members (C) Geomancy.net VER 8.8.2019
