HDB Clementi Crest Flying Star Feng Shui HDB Clementi Crest has stacks that face three directions: NE3, NW3 and SW1. All favours the West Group persons NE3 = Stacks #357 #359 #357 & #369 NW3 = Stacks #355 & #365 SW1 = Stacks #351 3353 #361 & #3363 NE3 Stacks #357 #359 #357 #369: As the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. Anyway, nowadays few if any have the luxury of placing a water position given there is no longer a balcony. And space is so small. NW3 Stacks #355 & #365: Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Not necessary to place a pool of water. Clear space or virtual water such as looking out of the unit with clear space is acceptable. Many sectors in this layout has inauspicious Flying star imbalances. If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness. SW1= Stacks #351 3353 #361 & #3363: As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. Even if no real water, but by virtue that if one looks out of the windows and see "clear space" this is considered another form of water = "virtual water". As such overall, the unit can activate the sum-of-ten. However, many sectors in this layout has imbalances in many other sectors. And some can affect health while others wealth.

Overview: Bukit 828 showroom launching soon... The actual site of Bukit 828:- In the past, before the advent of BKE, the only way from most parts of the island is to drive past this area; the next marker is Mandai Road before reaching Woodlands then the causeway leading to Malaysia. Then, we do not need to use our International passport. We had another "passport" with the words "Restricted Passport" meant only to be used between Singapore and West Malaysia.

Forest Woods is within the 1960’s Kampong Lew Lian area Kampong Lew Lian was a large cemetry area Our Past 50 years As we celebrate our Nation's Golden Jubilee in 2015, we are glad to share with you a brief history of this precinct. This area was formerly known as Kampong Lew Lian in the 60s with mainly Chinese and some Malay families growing durians, pineapples and vegetable for their livelihood"Lew Lian " was what the Chinese called durian. This was probably how the - kampong was ramed. With the redevelopment, eight HDB blocks had sprouted in 1977 and the Residents' Committee (RC) was officially formed in 1979. It was originally named as Paya Lebar Zone 'A' RC. In 1980 the RC was renamed as Braddell Heights Zone 'A' RC with the redrawing of electoral boundary. Three years later the RC Centre at Bik 6 was officially opened by Mr Lee Khoon Choy, former Minister of State Prime Minister Office. Another significant event took place in * 1984 as we pioneered the formation of the first Civil Defence Volunteer Company in Singapore. We were also remembered with pride to help up at the Hotel New World disaster from15 March to 22 March 1986. Another electoral boundary took place in 1988 which positioned our zone under Aljunied GRC. Thirteen more blocks of HDB flats from Serangoon Central and Ave 1 redeveloped from the Teochew Ngee Ann Kongsi burial ground were added to become Aljunied Zone' E'RC. Under the new division Lorong Lew Lian Estate was one of the first estate to be selected for the demonstration phase HDB Main Upgrading Programme in 1992. More than 98% of the residents voted for the programme which i was completed in 1995. In the same year our RC precinct was selected to host the first launching of the Clean and Green Week event in the heartland, officiated by former PM Goh Chok Tong. By 1997 the RC was renamed Braddell Heights Zone 'B' as we became part of Marine Parade GRC. With the new millennium the estate had been undergoing many improvement programmes. including Lift Upgrading (LUP) and Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP). Reciprocating to the estate renewal, younger and capable grassroots leaders were roped in to rejuvenate the Residents' Committee and together we hope to make this place an excellent place to live in. Let us celebrate our Nation's Golden Jubilee and together we make it a memorable one.

Part 6 - Poor Shapes and Forms of Stack 89 1. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui stack 25 can be considered as a Sha Qi or "hammer-head or pistol head aimed towards stack 89. 2. Thus stack 89 in the above description can be considered inauspicious of the way stack 25 is positioned as shown, here. 3. Another consideration is that stack 89 shares the same wall as the TWO lifts of Block 646A. With the lifts moving up and down.. there maybe the faintest vibrations although not detectable by human observations.. can be a potential sha qi.
