  1. Client wanted to take up new space...
  2. Bsded on the exception principle, hopefully the sector South is not a master bedroom etc... else more attention should be placed to cure this sector etc.. Why March month is highlighted in yellow? So happens the report knows that I generated it in March 2019 perhaps to look further into it.
  3. I really like the latest version of the premium report, it's even more comprehensive and useful now. Keep up the great work! https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/17067-clarify-bazi-reading-name-tweak/?tab=comments#comment-38337
  4. TThese are some considerations:- 1. Similar to the Principles of Management of a business; there is a concept known as “Management by exception.” 2. Plot the 20 year Flying Stars. Plus the Year + the month. 3. For example, Look for any red flags such as clusters of #5’s with #5’s with #2 with #9’s. 4. Where is this sector located? Not great if it is the master bedroom. Thus if the master bedroom has such “nasty” combinations, then more emphasis on the cure(s). Say for that year and especially that specific month. 5. Conversely, if there are clusters of good stars like #8’s ; #1’s etc, same can be said to activate the good stars. For that year and month. 6. Same can be for stars like #3 or lesser #2. 7. Thus based on the exception principle; in general, the above especially the #5’s and #3’s being some of the more problematic stars may be monitored = if one has the time to do so.
  5. Part 1: Stigma of a Block, Stack & Unit close-by to both the Bin Centre (BC) + Electrical Sub-Station (ESS) A. Bin Centre: 1. Block 1: Stacks #02 and #03 and Block 3: stack #11 are directly facing the Bin Centre. Usually, these stacks/units should be a last resort. Especially lower floor units are to be avoided "like the plague". 2. Although Stack 01 is not directly facing the Bin Centre, side glance will still see the Bin Centre. 3. Low floors close to marking in pink "A" may be affected by both the noise from the rubbish collecting truck and smell from the truck as well during the unloading of the rubbish into the truck. 4. Surrounding locations at marking "B" is less likely. 4.1 Unless due to some circumstances that the rubbish truck(s) did not come to load up rubbish - such as maybe during Chinese New Year. 4.2 Or if there situtations where distinct odours such as the thrown away durian husks etc.. or even a rare "strike" by the rubbish collection persons? 4.3 This senario is very unlikely in SGP. As it is a crime to do so. LOL. B. Electrical Sub-station (ESS) 3. Although there is no scientific proof of the ill effects from staying near-by to an ESS. 4. However, there is a well-known stigma attached to this. 4.1. Thus, even if technically there is no issue; why go against "the flow?" 4.2 Just follow the crowd and give these stacks / units a miss and avoid carrying a baggage in the future. Such as in the event of re-selling the unit.
  6. The planning area is considered as Geylang. [A location where some banks avoid bank financing - if any] Please check that banks allow readily financing for the development. Thanks.
  7. Serena, Have just sent a private email. Thanks HP/WhatsApp: 978-53171
  8. According to the Sales pitch: 1953 @ Balestier Road “Shaped by the rich heritage of the renowned Balestier, 1953 stands beautifully with a conserved facade to add on to a new legacy. This new freehold city fringe mixed development by Oxley along Balestier Road. This project is built on the former shops which faced Balestier Road. 1953 on its completion will have 7 units of conservation shop-houses, 7 units of commercial and 58 units of residential units.” The facade spots an iconic 1950’s look:
  9. These are based on common sense. how can it be inauspicious? For example: “Welcome... Sweet Home”. Feng Shui does not micro manage until this type of thing
  10. The road in front of this house is merely a small service road. Therefore, it poses little to no concern (if any) for this house located at a T-junction.
  11. Numerous households possess and are benefiting from this opportunity.
  12. Recent photos taken in the evening from Eunos Cresent. High barrier walls.. and dark.. therefore cannot see much... Just know that not high enough...
  13. Samples (Thumb-nail + Pixelated) of some of the many Feng Shui Audits at Pinnacle at Duxton. These Comprehensive Feng Shui reviews take into account many key concepts: 1. Shapes & Forms 2. 14. Sometimes, I need to evaluate a home. In this example, a Singapore home with three levels. I would do my homework and summarise all three levels onto a sheet of paper. Thus, sometimes, I would do this:- As one can see the centerpoint is exactly at the same spot, floor by floor. Especially when one is mobile, holding just one sheet with a macro view or visualisation is an efficient method of focusing on the home.
  15. Further to what I had mentioned, under a different discipline of Feng Shui known as Shapes and Forms Feng Shui:- Step 1: Take a copy each of the ground floor and super-impose the 2nd storey onto the ground floor plan. Step 2: Look out for especially the toilet(s) if any on the 2nd storey? Is it directly above the main door or the kitchen? For example, in Feng Shui, best is not to open the main door and directly above the main door is a toilet especially the WC. Common sense also says that the sewerage pipe could be directly above the main door. In some cases, hopefully the pipe does not leak and drip down the main door. Or a toilet / wc is directly above one's dining table or as mentioned above one's stove.. Oh Dear! For the 2nd storey, avoid the stove on the ground floor directly above a bed. Think about it. This is also common sense. Make a guess! P.S. Whenever, the client signs off a layout plan. I would actively look at this and other considerations and "warn" the client to watch out for this.
  16. 1. If this is a total home. For example: a bungalow or a semi-detached or a terrace house (Not an apartment where several families stay in that block housing. 2. For example a landed property owned and lived in by that family. 2.1 Where the ground floor is usually the living / dining / kitchen and often a guest room. 2.2 While the 2nd storey could be the master bedroom other bedroom(s) etc.. 3. If so, cure(s) is related to specific areas of each floor. 4. Sometimes, if a cure is put in placed at the ground floor level; one may not necessarily add "serious" cures like "salt water cure" directly above the same location as the ground floor. 5. This is because, "Earth" luck is greatest at the ground level. 5.1 And often, the majority of the cures are best placed + more effective at the ground floor. 5.2. The upper floors of the same house usually have bedrooms. Thus, the placement of bed and study and work directions are the main priority. 5.3. Thus in the sample provided, it shows the bed-head direction e.g. of the master bedroom. And even show who sleeps where: Mr vs Mrs. etc... 6. A good example is a Yang water or pool of water or pond or water fountain. 6.1 How to place such a feature within the home area. 6.2 And less meaningful even if the 2nd storey has a balcony. And one wants place a water position, there. Pretty odd location. 7. Thus the maxim: "Earth luck is greatest" at the ground level. 8. In a land scare country like Singapore and Hong Kong. Here, one (in theory) can have better luck especially if the land has good Feng Shui. 9. And in Singapore, for example, there are more millionaires and multi-millionaires living on ground floor (for example) landed properties than in high rise buildings. 10. Here, if the landed property has good Feng Shui, this has a multiplier effect for better luck. Thus a good home can have compounded very good luck x 10 etc...
  17. Tanjong Pagar Market and Food Centre. Fried Kway Teow Peter (the stall holder) was formerly at East Coast Road (ECR). He told me that the landlord often raise his rent. To the point that he gave up selling at this ECR location. Not oily. But equally not fragrant..as cannot smeel the "Wok Hei" smell from the Kuay Teow... so...so.. only. If at Tanjong Pagar same Food Centre (FC), I would rather prefer the Satay Bee Hoon which is on the other side of the FC = facing Tanjong Pagar Road.
  18. Here are a few factors to take into account: 1. Ideally, a specific altar should have an even number of Gods for prayers, often 1, 3, or 5 deities. 2. Ancestor tablets are not considered gods, so there are usually no restrictions on the number placed on an altar table. 3. It is preferable to separate positions for ancestor tablets from different families, although they can still be in the same space, separated by a partition or spaced out. A highest ranking? A Matriach? Is there a female head of the household present? 3.1. However, it is important to consider if there is a high-ranking family member or matriarch overseeing the home. 3.2. Approval from such a person may be necessary. 4. It is advisable to discuss with family members to determine if the arrangement is acceptable to all. 5. Even if outsiders suggest otherwise, family members' opinions should take precedence. 6. In the case of cremation, an urn with ashes is considered "Ashes to ashes," and any remaining ashes are considered neutral. 7. This is why in many columbariums, niches can be stacked as high as 10 stories or more without issues.
  19. Same charts as above. But in Black and White. The centrepoint is clearly shown by a red dot each. The red dots are exactly on the same location of each floor:- The clue is that the red dot lands almost the same spot at the fringe of one-side if the stairs:-
