  1. Location: Sembawang. These awnings shade the room windows. And the characteristic is that they are almost always installed on at the west facing side. Do not be deceived if you are house hunting and the owners switch on the air conditioning in the afternoon. This is a clear indication of an afternoon sun-facing unit.
  2. Funan Centre...today Akan datang ... bought many PCs over many years from here.. IBM Thinkpads to Sony Vaio’s... Once upon was a street lined with hawker stalls...
  3. Standing on these road tiles also no guarantee of correct compass readings. As often below the sand, there are also reinforced metal rods. And in this case taking a reading above a manhole cover or even a few feet away also may yield mixed compass readings. The workmen managed to cover the spot in an hour or so....
  4. These RC roofs above windows are common in the 1960’s to the 1970’s. As one can see, they are a magnet for birds. In this case pigeons. Other species also relax on these ledges and defecate. Today, with the bird flu concern... hmmm Location: Shop houses along East Coast Road opposite the Holy Catholic Church.
  5. These are some considerations: 1. Location, location and location accounts for 70% of the weightage. 2. The fact that your Flying Star can change at a dime is a concern. Here, it is like the blind leading the blind. 2.1 For example, I had commented on the charts. And later learn that one of them was an error. 2.2 Furthermore, we may not look at the frontage the same way. 3. Anyway Flying Stars is thus the other 30%. Since you seem well versed in the Flying Stars, look at Para 1 first and then this thing called Flying Stars. 4. Most homes which have less then three or more major leaks can offen be balanced. P.S. For me I would place an identifier e.g. A = Annual 2018 stars M = Monthly stars And add a legend. As in the first posting, I roughly Guess the TOP lines are the MS and WS. While have the faintest idea of what the lower two numbers are. Thus for those who want to publish something for the whole world to know; appreciate that the publisher should not always assume that everyone knows what the writer is doing.
  6. Do a search for more similar resources like this:
  7. Understand better under this link
  8. Key indicators from one’s personal bazi https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/15593-summary-key-indicators-from-our-ba-zi-reports/?tab=comments#comment-36056
  9. This is my previous copy of High Oaks site plan showing the sharp corners of stacks.... For example stacks #23 #27 #32 #35 & #39 may be a potential arrow if it is aimed towards an opening at Daintree Residences window(s) or balcony openings. Another condition is that it cannot be a threat if it is miles away. But since the High Oaks and Daintree Residences are in close proximity..it thus satisfies the condition of a "threat".
  10. Cute...? Frankly, there is often a logical expiation for this. Many babies are unable to lift their heads. But are only able to twist and turn their heads. Thus even with the smoothest cotton bed-sheets and especially pillows; these act as “mild sandpaper” and often, one can see a baby’s hair fall off! The only part that cannot fall off is at the “Mohican zone or area”. This would be the most likely reason for this baby having such a hairstyle. Of course, there may be some intervention by their parents. I doubt so. As often, many parents don’t go to the barber especially for a young born so early....
  11. In general without looking at the external Feng Shuu or location, location, location; but purely on Flying Stars, This layout is preferred for better wealth although an 8 + 6 or a 6 + 8 needs to be balanced. Although #8 are the current prosperity wealth stars #6 metal = big metal need to be reduced to improve on #8. #1 in the living room is good. But do note that I am referring to your charts only. Not referencing to my own. Thus I assume to look at the TOP line for MS and water star..As there is another set of confusing numbers below it?? For example master bedroom you have 8 6 2 4 4 (not sure what is this?) Looking at the TOP lines, this “fire” house is less preferred. But don’t seem to see the #5 at the fire place?
  12. Under symbolism, can consider different materials. For some who need an extra step may consider an extra half-a-step at the landing. But do so at one’s own risk. In case of a trip or fall.
  13. Mee Suah Flour Vermicelli offerings to God’s why? Unbroken lengths of noodles implies longevity. Thus even on one’s birthday celebrations; uncut noodles are served to signify longevity.
  14. More photos The dried fish maw before it is rehydrated with water/soup.... A write up of this stall and it's origins at Maxwell Food Centre at Maxwell Road.... Note: PERMANENTLY CLOSED AT BISHAN! As In February 2020 during my visit there.
  15. The facing for stack 1103 is N1. As mentioned, there is nothing extraordinary about this stack 1103. And the most recent HDB launches also have similar type of layout profiles. I am more than happy if: it is something new of interests to users. Not anything that one sees almost "daily". In a way, this is considered good news. As majority of the time; my comments are focused on poor Feng Shui. The rationale is that often there are more negatives then positives other than the norm in most developments.
  16. They only sell one variety of noodles = Mee Pok The food is light but with a balanced flavour. Their cheapest $5.50 contains a unique one slice of rehydrated fish maw and a moist braised-poached melt-in the mouth half-an-egg. Portions are reasonable..but nice. Unfortunately.. one complaint is that their chilli is dull.. don't give that kind-of-kick!
  17. Opposite to this CHWEE kueh stall is an acceptable Tim Sum stall. Outdoor seating available at this 280 coffee shop
  18. Popular and nice. I feel is better than the Bedok chain of CHWEE Kueh
