  1. Martin Modern by Guocoland What a pity stacks/units that have pool view also affected by afternoon sun. Especially Tower 8 with the larger units stacks #01, #02 and #03. For Tower 10, stack #12 is the most affected by afternoon sun. Including stack #11. While stacks #13, #14 and #15 also have indirect afternoon sun all year round. It is a pity that the developer should have mirrored the two blocks on this plot of land.
  2. >Assume if the structure is not an issue, from feng shui perspective, >can I interpret the above as still a no no to stay ? There is no >remedy at all ? Please re-read what I wrote.
  3. These are some considerations:- 1. Under Symbolism in Feng Shui, the I-Ching says that water above one is inauspicious. And represents "difficulty" or problems". In this sense, it is "linked to good or bad Feng Shui". 2. Pure Common sense. 2.1. If or should the structure of the support above the unit is not up to structural strength.. then... just imagine... 2.2. More likely, if there are issues, it could most likely be cracks at the support columns and if the roof is not properly waterproofed.. water has a way of seeking cracks. And one may start to see water seeping downwards. 3. This is unrelated: But in the past a Shopping complex in Korea had it's cooling towers moved and this lead to the weakening of the support pillars. >If the water tank is directly above our unit, it is consider as bad feng shui ? If yes what is the remedy ? What do you think?
  4. This is a simple decision tree matrix for purchase of a new or re-sale flat for stay. If the purchase is for investment, then no need to consider this at all. Since Feng Shui is about earth luck or the place one is currently staying-at. Please note that this is year 2017. And 2022 onwards is like 5 years away. As at now, this simple matrix applies. But as it draws closer and closer to Period 9, this matrix is no longer in use. Since by Period 9, we no longer need to consider the luck of a home under Period 8. By then it will strictly be how good or bad the home is under Period 9. Thus for someone reading this on or after 2022.. please don't quote me.. Use common sense.. this chart expires or nearly expires then. What happens? It will become invalid. No more valid...lah! BLUE ZONE = Go grab it while still available GREEN ZONE = Worth buying (Case-by-case. Luck often can be boosted) PURPLE ZONE = Worth buying. But before 2022 is up.. consider selling or enhancing the Feng Shui. Pronto. YELLOW ZONE = On a case-by-case basis. But before 2022 is up.. consider selling or enhancing the Feng Shui. Pronto. GREY ZONE = Period 8, below average luck. And in Period 9 it depends. Since this is 2017. Maybe in 2021, if luck is greater than 60 to 100 percent. MAY consider buying it THEN (not in 2017).
  5. These are further considerations: 1. "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" = As I write.. today is only 2017. And Period 9 will slowly change starting from 2022..2023.. 2024 to 2043 = "It is better to hold onto something one has or will have than to risk losing it by trying to get something better after 4 or 5 years later. 1.1. In the unfortunate situation that one has to literally walk away with pants drop before 2022 ever begins. Is'nt this stupidity at it's best? 2. If the Feng Shui for the home in Period 8 is excellent or good; then one may consider purchase. Given that today is 2017. And the change is from 2022 .. 2023 and 2024 to 2043 3. Thus, if there is means to have a smooth career or accumulation of wealth, then even if the home or starting to kick in from 2022 is not so good.. one can before this date look at cures or if can afford find a better home. 4. No point if the geomancer says.. this home from 2022..2023 and 2024 to 2043 WILL have outstanding Feng Shui. But currently, the Feng Shui is average or even so-so. In such a situation skip the purchase of such a home. No point from 2017 to 2021 or next FIVE (5) years.. get into retrenchments, career issues, loss of wealth.. health concerns or even divorce/separation. 5. Of course, it is nice-to have a home that will have good or above average Feng Shui in both Periods 8 and 9. if so, grab this home. But it is few and harder to find.. then.. refer to Para 1 above.
  6. As a geomancer, for the last few years; whenever clients look at a Can or cannot buy; I have always included the review of what it is like (the Feng Shui) of now = Period 8 and my comments on Period 9. Many clients naturally, sit-up and understand what I had written for off-site reviews and for on-site; they also take note of the findings. As such, it shows that not only yourself wants to understand this; but everyone else also keen - if they were aware of it. Unless, they seek advice from some other geomancers who may not highlight this to them. If do not know.. then how to ask? Frankly, this is part of excellent service.. It is just like taking a Masters in Business Administration and never getting to know one of the core subjects: Strategic Management/Planning.
  7. Straits-born Chinese or the Baba-Nonya(s) and their Pernakan Culture, Mangkok Tingkat, Peranakan Tea Cup, costume and porcelain This is a larger photo of Pernakan Culture..in case you may have difficulty reading it earlier... Common tile motifs.. Location: Coffeeshop at Centrale 8, Tampines Central (DBSS) by Sim Lian
  8. Two DBSS flats at The Peak @ Toa Payoh resold for more than $1 million dollars... It boils down to Location, location and location ... Spectacular views is one of them...
  9. A simplified illustration
  10. A simplified illustration
  11. When buying a vacant lot to construct a new home, what should we consider first the flying stars facing direction of house the bazi based direction which is favorable to the house owner what if the good flying star location(period 8 SW1 or NE1) is bad for the bazi direction of home owner
  12. Your situation similar to the above question which was posted a few days ago. If you have the time, the key sucess factor is the Three L's. (go read it up) as this Three L's = a massive 70% of the total luck of the plot of land. The rest accounts for 30% = In addition, since you are considered an East group person, your best frontage are South, SE, North and East.
  13. Many of my clients avoid this location... As many clients told me WHY?:- 1. The biggest turn-off is the Close proximity to Tengah Airbase. In addition, Paya Lebar air-base will close and will be relocated there also. 1.1. This is already an unfavourable: No, No and No to deter many .. from buying at this "ULU, ulu" location... 2. No good schools.. What school? The nearest schools are Princess Elizabeth Primary School and Bukit Batok Secondary School ..hmm Eden School... 3. Virtually it's neighbouring HDB blocks like HDB West Edge, West Plains, West Ridges and West Rocks to name a few are also under construction. Thus no existing within walking distance facilities or market.) 4. Most likely those who have bought a unit go for value and price: first time home buyers or Bukit Batok upgraders. 5. Ultimately, any part of Singapore is never too far away. And new estates ultimately become just like any other mature estates in a few years time.
  14. These are some considerations:- https://www.geomancy.net/content/feng-shui-resources/feng-shui-articles/you-and-your-home/underground https://www.geomancy.net/content/feng-shui-resources/feng-shui-advice/other-topics/baubiology As no two locations are the same, a proper triage is recommended.
  15. Again at Simei Extra large... as a walkway feature
  16. A quick general overview... These are some considerations: 1. Location, location and location = 70% of the total luck 1.1. The plot (+ future building) the site and external environmental 1.2 Water classics: external or macro (helicopter view/analysis) 1.3 Water classics and micro Optimisation 2. The flying stars facing direction of house in consideration jointly with favourable direction for breadwinner = 30% of the total luck 2.1 Optimal allocation of sectors for bedroom(s), kitchen etc...
  17. This only one major leak. Often there are three or more leaks to trigger a major issue. Before asking a question: Can buy or not.. why not look at this, first.... https://www.geomancy.net/wiki/Feng_Shui_Triage If Feng Shui is so easy, might as well flip a coin: Heads buy. Tails don't buy..
  18. Boxy Pavillion roof-lines are no threat. Only the corners, if it is in close proximity of a unit opening (if any) aimed outwards towards a unit
  19. No, still no issue.
  20. The center-of-gravity = centrepoint = exactly in the middle of the toilet. "the small passage way that is highlighted, has a small sort of balcony like opening that allows air to come in. Is this bad?" No. Since the main door opens to a solid wall. And these windows are further away. In Singapore, many HDB flats especially those built around the 1980's share this same design concept. And there are many of them out there... all over Singapore.. Note: The larger red-box-line is to cater/compensate for the protusion of the kitchen. Which can skew the centre-of-gravity. While the other (photo top-left) is to cater for the slight protusion the bedroom. Below is a quick eye-ball method to find the centre-of-gravity. Where roughly the big red-box-lines roughly equal the protrusion (plus minus at the kitchen/yard) side... Thus the centre-of-gravity is roughly where the red X intercross each other:-
  21. Besides this, there are lots more... These are just some of them...
