Condominium is around 1 years old. Distinctive, 4 storey high. Many of the ground floor units have Personal Enclosed Space (PES). Total units: 328 2, 3 and 4 bedroom types. 3 and 4 bedroom types on ground level with PES. Nice ambience and distintive, low level housing units. Unlike the common towering blocks of flats that we get to see locally. Worth taking a look if second hand units are available.
