What is needed?
1. All family member's Name / Gender / Date of Birth (Time is nice to have) + Who is the Breadwinner?
2. Address of the home and do observe prominent landmarks e.g. looking out of the living room.
3. If HDB, please check with Agent on the Lease Commencement Date or "Lease Start Date. (For condos/ECs I can easy find the T.O.P. date)
4. Nice-to-have a copy of the layout plan.
