These are some considerations: 1. Earlier, I have explained under scientific Feng Shui; the qi flow in common types of homes e.g. terrace and in particular this type of layout plan. That seems to look similar to what you had posted earlier: Openings at the front and opening(s) at the side. Thus, you may have to stare at the two layout and look what is similar or dis-similar. But the gist under this qi thing is "commonsense". 2. Feng Shui is not as simplistic as posting a layout plan. 3. Location, location, location. 3.1. Dear Master Cecil, Kindly refer to the attached picture. I'm intending to buy a unit (i have not offered but interest is there). The common toilet door partially faces both the common bedrooms, Bedroom 1 & 2 in the attached picture. In this manner, what should i do to nullify any negative effects, if there is any? Also, the master bedroom door is directly in line with master bedroom toilet door. If i were staying in this unit, what do you suggest i should do ... if i make sure i keep the master toilet door shut at most times, will that be sufficient? Thank you.

Hi Master Lee, I would like to seek your advice on whether this unit is subject to poison arrows and/or tian zhan sha from the buildings opposite? The photo is taken from the balcony, which is perpendicular to the blocks on the left. The second photo shows the view out one of the bedrooms, which faces the opposite blocks on the left. The balcony is facing East, main door facing north. I wonder if you have any advice on whether this is ok, and are there any issues to look out for? Thank you!

Dear Master, Thank you for your free online tool to help us determine the move in date for a new house. My partner and I would like to move into our new house on 18 Mar 2021. Based on the Chinese 生肖，I’m Chicken and she’s Monkey. We are also both born in the year 1981. From the online tool, we don’t see 18 Mar as an auspicious date. Part 2: The Wisteria Condo with Blocks 590 & 592 1. The streetdirectory workings shows a reading of NE1 25 degrees with SW1 of 205 degrees. 2. However, using the Sales Brochure, shows a totally different reading. Here, it is now N3 20 degrees and S3 200 degrees. 3. Although the deviation is only 5 degrees; this 5 degrees is at the fringe of the borderline of N3 and NE1 which resulted in two totally different readings. 4. Given the above findings; it is best that an on-site survey be conducted to confirm the Flying Star facing directions of these two blocks.

The units that definitely does not have a poison arrow are thoseof #27, #28, #19 and #20 and #11 and #12 and #35 and #36. Usually for high floors, it will usually not be affected by the enclosed pool effect. Most concern for the pool effect are thoseespecially for 1st to 8th floor. 1. Yes, it is very common to bring in items into the home before move-in. 2. If it is not the 7th month, it is not the 7th month. As mentioned in a recent forum message, the elderly just don't like the 6th month. Not because it is the "7th" month (how can this be) BUT rather, the elderly don't like it because it symbolises 50-50. Neither here nor there as the 6th month is half-half (between the 1st and the 12th lunar month). This is the rationale behind why some elderly reasoned as no good - 6th month, that's all.
