Dear AC, 1. As mentioned in my previous message, it is generally considered as a leak i.e. especially if the WC /sewerage line is found at the frontage toilet. But if the toilet has a half-bathroom i.e. generally only for bathing or shower, and no WC, then, it is a non-issue. 2. Dear Iris, As stated in the report that it should not be interpreted too seriously. Since this is a vertical Flying Star Feng Shui. Most of the time, it is used merely to compare a situation where: We are interested in buying a unit in a specific block e.g. block 15. Dear Anon, Under the water classics, what you have done is correct. For example, for a landed property, one of the things we look out for is the drainage running within the compound of the home/land. For example, it is acceptable to see water flowing into the home. But at the point of water exiting the home, it is covered up or not seen. You have placed two planks similar to the above concept of covering the drain. If you cannot see someone coming into an office, one can place a small mirror on your workarea to improve on the blindspot of your home. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, In fact there are several methods of caculating the gua (kua) no. In my applied Feng Shui book, I have listed more than two methods on this. For curiosity, you can try out the several methods and check the final results. In fact, most of the methods works well for years less than 1999. Dear Huey Ling, Yes, this is classified as "human sha qi" especially if we continue to consider it annoying. However, hopefully, you should get used to it. Perhaps you are a light sleeper. Some of us sleep like a "pig". Is there any way of changing room or alternatively a cheaper method is get a pair of swimming ear plugs. Hopefully, this can help a little. Append by Robert: No attachment found. If the door is facing west but is in the South West corner of the house, do we count it as facing SW or do we count it as facing West? In the 8 mansions chart, if the door is always in the Sheng Chi area it seems to be in the middleis itfacing West? I (hopefully) have attached a diagram of whatI mean. I hope you can receive it.

Dear Anon, Basically, in terms of bed placement. You should follow these priority:- 1. It is most important that the bedroom is located at the one of the 4 good directions based on the Eight House concept. Meaning that if you divide the house from the centerpoint, your bedroom should be located West (in your case). Hi Cecil, Due to my compressed kitchen, I have no choice but to position my stove(with theknob)facing the Main Door (with a brick wall in between that separates my living and kitchen area). Since there is a brick wall that prevent a person standing at the main door to looking directly to the stove, is this position acceptable in feng shui ? Dear Hoa Luong, This has more to do with commonsense approach to Feng Shui. For example, in Malaysia, it was felt that a corner lot on a quiet side of the street could attract thieves. However, nowadays with modern deterence such as motion sensor lighting, mimic dog barks and alarm systems, it makes it much harder for anyone to violate the property without a warning. Dear Sharose, Thanks for the picture. Perhaps it is a coincidence that you got flu (i.e. maybe duly worried and have lowered your resistence to flu). From a Feng Shui point of view, in my opinion, there seems to be no issue with the neighbour's fence. However, I cannot see your main entrance, but looking at the roof of the neighbour's home is pointed towards roughly your foot-path towards your main door? If so, this can be a sha-qi. Note Appended by Cecil: No attachment found. Hi Master Lee I am renovating my house and is thinking of changing the toilet door opening to better utilised the space. Attached is the picture of the current layout and proposed layout. Further to what I had mentioned, often, a good Feng Shui practitioner will often use "water element" instead of fire element (if given the choice to neutralise e.g. a #7 under Period 8 Feng Shui.) Dear Ricky, Yes, this is definitely a much better arrangement: 1. the sharp edge of the cabinet no longer points towards the dining table. 2. this layout definitely makes the kitchen more rectangular in-shape and the fridge is now flushed against the wall area. (So long as there is proper ventilation for the back of the fridge, this is ok). 3. If the oven is at position A, this is OK. 4.
