Dear Chris, If the doors are used frequently, there are really nothing much you can do. This is because if two doors are facing each other, it signifies that each occupants of either room will not be in good terms with each other. Early this year, one user wrote in to say that his main entrance door faces directly his neighbours and something like one metre between them. He mentioned that they are frequently at logger heads. The only alternative is to see if the doors can be located separately (where possible) if not, you may try to close the door but it may not be effective thou. Generally, it is not very good to have the bedroom door open out directly into the front door. So few things you can do is keep your door close or to have some kind of partition which blocks the chi from going from the main door directly into the bedroom, it should be allowed to circulate the living room etc before it goes out of the house. As for your best sleeping direction, you can make use of the Bed and Bedroom position free report found in the My FengShui (http://login.geomancy.net) and see where is the best placement for your bed / bedroom position. Sometimes you may have not much chooce for the placement as your bedroom is limited in size, so if you cannot adjust …

Dear Emy, Usually, there could be more with regards to bad Feng Shui of the house. It is best to confirm if there are any more `leaks' e.g. try standing at the main door and each window and look out. Check for any other threats e.g. angle or poison arrow(s) aimed at your home. Also, any Shapes and Forms problems with regards to the site, land and home. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Mr. Cecil, Thank you very much for your great advise, this will help me a lot. I just want to clarify the following: 1. If I will keep my original layout andjust swap the place of TV and Cabinet, is it okay also toexchange thecomputer/printer with the new location of TV? 2. Also, I just noticed last night that 1/8 part of mybed is overlapping with the window, is this would be a problem or is it okay to retain the location of the bed. I am currently living in Riyadh with my husband and daughter. Here in Riyadh nobody opens their window due to too much dust orthey call it sandstorm. We usually even put heavy duty tape to cover the whole window to avoid single dust ente…

Dear Ana, 1. Welcome to the understanding of Feng Shui! 2. This is because, in my opinion, Feng Shui is all about understanding rather than "what we see is what we get". 3. About Doctors and would be doctors 4. Several years back, I remembered, distinctively a doctor who started learning or rather practising Feng Shui. 5. Here, although doctors are smart, but, sometimes, every human being(s) are gullible or simple feel that what they read are "real" and can be directly applied. 6. Perhaps, we all canquite understand that doctors or would be doctors have always picked up a book e.g. an anatomy book, and if the book says the heart has 2 values, 3 major veins etc.. Th…

Frankly, if one has to apply proper authentic Feng Shui:- 1. Additional information like the "year of birth" of a home ; not just my house is 28 degrees.... 2. Shapes and Forms Feng Shui has to be considered; the exterior and the interior layout in relation to the feasiblity of placing a water position. 3. At best, no worries, here.. you could still practise "Trial and Error"; see where you like it then place it, there.

Hi, It is acceptable to have a coin in the mouth and this signifies a " close mouth. " As for the dragon figurine(s):- 1. The Dragon is considered the most Yang of all animals. 2. If one's main door falls under an inauspicious sector of the Eight House one can still use a pair of Dragons (one is still ok) aimed at the main door). 3. Where possible avoid using a Five Claw dragon as it is too yang for the home. It is best to use a four claw dragon. 4. So far, a dragon with an open mouth is acceptable. In fact most of the dragons have open mouth for them to `shoot' fire. Contrast this is a hungry tiger figurine which is inauspicious. Warmest Regards, Cecil Lee

Investing money in real estate is very profitable. The value of an apartment is determined by the net operating income of the property. So, as rents continue to grow along with other consumer prices, the value of a multifamily investment should go forward to appreciate even during an economic downturn. quick house sale Sell House Quick

This is one of the few developments where one of the pavilions can be directly or indirectly seen by other stacks. Often, wakes are conducted at the pavilion. And main culprit is the pavilion at 292D. Really no choice, many stacks withunits at low floors can literally seeinto thispavilion. But from a Feng Shui point of view; the most affected are stacks 528 and 530. This is a past ranking exercise.

Dear Cecil, Thank you so very much for your reply to my question about the beams. If I choose to use the bamboo flute remedy, should the flutes be attached lenghtwise or across the beams? (Does it matter?) And should I use a red cord on the flutes? How many flutes per beam? I have heard two. I so appreciate your time in responding to my concerns. Thank you, Sheila

Dear Mun Hon, Please see below:- 1. Most importantly, sector Feng Shui or paying homage to a sector is not a realistic way to practise Feng Shui. 2. The rationale is because it is too general to be of use for anyone. Statistically, it makes no sense to relate SW = romance sector. 3. In many of the past examples, I given such an example:- 4. Assuming that SW = romance sector, what happens if three of us are intrested in a new employee? 5. Based on the `romance sector theory' that we often read from some books, it says that we have to enhance it. 6. In my case, I place 1 rose on my SW sector. While, you have heard me doing so and decided to place 99 roses on your work …

Hi Master, My front door faces my neighbour door, and the staircase leading down to another neighbour on the right (when looking out from my home). How should I cure this? Currently there is a convex mirror above my door on it's left (when looking out from my home). Thank you.

These are some considerations:- 1. Yes, too limited information. Usually, a Flying Star chart is plotted to determine what flying star numbers are within that sector especially for your home & it is also good to check what flying star numbers are at the neighbour's main door area (also). 2. A blessing is that hopefully; no one places things like ba gua mirrors on either main door which can result in a "ba gua war". 3. Last resort is like many; "slam-shut" the main door = minimal interaction with a neighbour.
