Dear Master Cecil Lee, Your site is very informative and helpful . I just bought an walkup apartment (2nd floor ) recently , will be moving around November 2005 . The problem is i have no idea where to place the bed in the master bed room , as both side of the wall have a windows , and the room come with attached bath room . So , seems like i can't put the bed at any of the 4 walls ( facing window , underneath windows , door etc ) . Do you think current bed position suitable ? Hi, I am new to Fung Shui, sorry if I ask silly or old questions. I live in a one bedroom apartment with an open kitchen. 1. As soon as I open my main door, I see my kitchen and stove. 2. I initially thought mymain door was facing south but in fact it faces North East (i.e. when exiting - I will face north east - correct?). 3. Myapartment is small so I can't put a divider in between the main door and kitchen. So what should I do to prevent the chi going out? Goldfish? Wind chimes? Bamboo sticks? I have been becoming ill lately and not getting along with people. I was born in the year of 1979 year of the Ram. Please help! Thanks in advance! MM

Dear Cecilia, We recently received a gift from a China friend. Its a sword made of ancient coins of Chencang. We like to know where is the best place to put it? If we put it in the study room (any direction) is it OK? Is it true that if you put this sort of ancient feng shui item in the wrong position will bring in more harm than good? I would appreciate your advise. Thank you. Regards, Iris

Hello Currently iam planningtohave a second baby. Myself& my boyare horse. My husband is a Goat. Actually i had plan to have my second attempt this year. But iheard that this Rooster year is not good for having baby. So i read up on the Dog characteristic and come to know that the Dog is an eternal worrier. One who worries over everything. Theni check on the Pig. But the poor pig is always being"eaten" by others; especially those bornnear year end. Now,the question is which is a better year to have baby ~Dog year orPig year. And also the better months for delivery if possible. With my age, i can't wait much further. Thanks.

i'm a college student and i was planning to renew my apartment lease. i found a friend to block with me, but at the last minute, she backed out because her parents say that the feng shui of the entrance of my apartment building is really bad. i kind of suspect that her parents are just using fengshui as an excuse to prevent my friend from signing an apartment lease. i was wondering if the following feng shui rule is true, and also, is there anything that can balance it out? the streetoutside the front entrance of my apartment building is curved...however, the entrance to my apartment building is after the curve where the street has straighted out. is this extremely bad f…

Dear Master Lee, I have placed an eight hollow metalrod windchime in my master bedroom window for some months. I realise the window is at the northwest side of our bedroom, though facing west. Our bedroom is in the northwest side of the house. From our bazi, I found that my husband, daughter & I (sharing)are in east group.Initially, we have it for the beautiful sound. I wonder will it affect us? Thanks. Yours, Anon

Dear Sir If we buy a house facing our good direction but the land where the house is to be built is lower than the main road, will this affect the house's fengshui? However, there's a small hill on the other side of the road, ie the back of the house (though not directly behind coz there's a main road separating the houses and the small hill. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Dear Master Lee My Kua Nbr is 1. My office door facing inside out is " East " Base on my Kua Nbr, the lucky directions are Sheng Chi (SE), Nien Yen (S), Tien Yi(E) and Fu Wei (N). I am a little confuse -When we says Sheng Chi location is always at the front of the house /office - do we refer to the living hall or the entrance of the house/office or should be base on the 8 mansions layout. Question: What if the front location is not the SE direction. How should I activate the Sheng Chi direction in this case.. Is it correct to use the 8 mansions formula base on the total layout of the unit and locate the SE facing to put the auspicious items or sub divide the room…

In the many reports I have had done by you had mentioned about the need to increase the element of water. Since at present time I am unable to move near water as suggested IthoughtI would do the next best thing. I recently purchased a 6 foot long (125 US gallon) Aqurium and placed it in the North Sector which is located in my livingroom.A good portion of the north is missing due to the factthat the stairwell going tosecond floor is the north. So I placed the aqurium against the stairwell wall. Also so you know the front door faces NE 57 degrees which is in direct line with the stairwell. I would like to ask if you could suggest what type of fish and how many I should purc…

Edited by Robert: Please note that wedding date isn't a free advice type of question. Simply because in order to know for sure whether a date is good or bad, individual ba zi need to be check for the day to see if it clashes or harm. Free analysis is only available for checking any dates within 30 days from today:- http://www.geomancy.net/reports/free-report/freerpt-dateboth.htm If based on a tong shu, generally 24th June will be bad for Dragon and average for pig. Doesn't show that is bad for wedding otherwise. Hi Master Cecil! I'm new here! I just have a question to ask. I cannot seem to find any chinese calendars for 2006. Dear Robert, i understand some of the rituals required like burning red charcoal and saying a prayer (i'm catholic) before entering the flat when movin in. A friend suggested i get a priest to bless the home the minute i open the door as the new owner (i'll be the 3rd new owner)for the first time to 'claim' the place over any 'unwanted guests'. Is that so ................ help. i'm getting first time owner jitters already. Thank you in advance. Mei yee

Hi. I read somewhere online that to help activate career luck, to get a water fountain with a dragon. Well, I found one, and I wanted to make sure if what I read was correct. It also said to either put it in the North or the Southeast (of the room I work in, or my whole house - I'm not too sure). My Kua Number is 1, in case. I guess I'm just wondering if what I read was correct, if the dragon water fountain would really help, and if I bought the fountain, where should the it go? Thanks for your help
