Dear Masters, I would like to check if the house circled is considered a T junction house. The road from the T junction is a 2 way road leading to a cul de sac. How's the feng shui for this house? https://www.dropbox.com/s/bj0ytb3bgmzrkp4/Screenshot_20191212_212024.jpg?dl=0 Thanks for your advice in advance

Thank you for your reassuring comments. We did in fact choose a free form pool and there will be lots of plants. I was thinking about a row of bamboo. Your advise is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sandra

Hi, I recently had a bagua installed on front door due to poison arrow structure right outside my door step, but there's a blue sticker (i think those on mirror/metal/glass to protect from scratch) on it. The person insists it's not a sticker and that it is fine and asked me never to touch it. Is it ok to leave it like that or should I just remove it regardless?

Greetings Mr Lee, Thank you in advance for your very important advice! 1) Regarding accessing/buying a house, do we base the "House Number Report' on the date the house was built, or the date we plan to buy the house (2020)? 2) As we move forward in time will the Date ranges (for Example: 2024-2043) have an effect on the homeowners or is it still based on the original date that the house was built? 3) Will repairs or remodeling effect the house expression? and to what extent? for example painting add new flooring etc. or does it change when a new room is added? 4) I am wanting to understand if I need to look at all three periods from the date …

Help, We have moved into a new house. I am an East, Kua 3. Art is a West, Kua 7. The front door faces East. The house faces SE. The bedroom is located on the NW side of the house. There is not a lot of room in the bedroom to place the bed. Windows, door, heater andcloset take up almost all the room. The West wall has a wall heater and a window, the east wall is the bathroom and door, the north wall has awindow, south wall is closet. There is enough room to put the bed on the north wall, under a window, or on the west wall between the heater and window, or on the east wall (but has the bathroom on the otherside of the wall). Any help would be appreciated. Carmen

Personally, i like the location as it's just situated beside jurong point, opposite me is just the park. Just that, it's facing the T-junction and it's 2nd storey, circled in red, unit XX masked out by Cecil Lee xx Please give me some advice if it's a good choice? Also, is the layout of the house ok?

Dear Master Cecil, I'm renting a house for 2 years and the one I really like will have the 2019 misfortune star #5 in the living room corner with a fireplace (that will be used). Would the other house be better? Option #1 fireplace house Option #2 North facing house (maybe use the garage door instead?) I really need Star #8 in an auspicious place so let me know which house is better for extra income. Thank you in advance for your advice Lollie (Apr-1-1978) central us time

Salutation Master cecil, I am very new to the Feg shui arena and would like to seek your advice on the following . I am working in a large organisation and happen to travel a lot . I am also studying for a competetive examination and my travel affects my study . As advised by the report, I have shifted my study position to North West . However, the NW corner overlooks a huge balcony and a window. Is this a right position to study . Also there is a toilet on the SW side of the room . Given the above conditions is NW still my best study direction . Or I should look at some other directions. Also, since I travel a lot can studying in a suitable position increase the…

Greetings! I am looking at purchasing a house that is a perfect direction for the breadwinner of the family, however the frontage is in the Death direction for the spouse. WIll this really effect the spouse? Can Death mean transformation or is it truly illness, disease and death? Looking forward to your perspective. Ms Brende

Master, First of all wishing you a very happy and prosperous year ahead. I am very new to this forum and this is my first post. I have a question running in my head. I am in service. Work place that is assigned to me is obviously a "CUBICLE WORK SPACE", where i do not have the freedom of organising my furniture or my sitting position or anything. In this scenario please please suggest me 1 or 2 or 3 Feng shui objects that i should keep in my office cubicle work place for 1. Success 2. Good Fortune & Luck 3. From Enemy,Jealousy,Backbiters and Office Politics. Before giving you details about my sitting position, I would like to add, I love Bamboo Sticks in small g…

Hi, would like to check if block number, level and unit number affects the fengshui of a hdb unit? Eg. Is 4, 13, 7 etc bad? Is 8 definitely good? If there is a mixture, like #13-648, is it good or bad?

Good Day, I would please like to ask for advice. We have recently moved into a new home and the front door is facing another door which leads to a passage and then the bathroom. What would the remedy be for such a situation? Would the red stickers also be a good idea. The door handles on the doors are not identical. Is this a requirement?

Hi Master Cecil, Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I have stumbled across a property that I really like, but I have a few concerns. It has good views except part of the view includes a cemetery, which could be seen from the living room and bedroom. Also, I may be wrong but the structure has a pointed edge as could be seen from the windows that could be pointing towards the main door, although as one enters the main door of the unit the first thing they see is the kitchen. If I am not wrong the property also faces southwest, and that will place the kitchen in the northwest direction. I will post the floor plan once I have it. Thanks. …

Hi Mr Cecil, We have purchased a resale condo, with floorplan attached. Due to lack of storage space, our ID has recommended to build a triangular shaped storeroom (marked in red floorplan). Have read that triangular shaped bedrooms and houses are not ideal, but how about storerooms? And it is right in the centre of the home. Been trying to search for answers but to no avail until I chanced upon your website.. Hope you’d be able to shed some light on this! Thank you very much!

Hi, The building faces to 110 deg East and my apartment faces to 20deg N on first floor. There is an adjacent building (few feet) in front of my apartment. 20deg North Main door, 3door Windows of living room, 2 door windows of bathroom is located. Stairways from main gate to terrace goes in front of the main door and windows on North. People in our building usually walk through it daily. Majority of light and wind enters through the main door. The 50% light comes through the gap between stairways goes up and next 50% comes from balcony on East. Main door, windows all covered by next adjacent building and prevented a street view from my apartment. 110…

Hi, Master, I have learned that in Feng Shui theory Natural/external environment is the priority. We go from big to small, and from permeant to temporary. However, I am not sure how to balance between the practicality and the theory. For example, there is a 20-mile-long (measure from it's SW end to NE end) lake sitting the north of the town I am looking for a house to purchase now (please see the picture, the town is marked in red dot). OK, in theory, I should choose a house that faces N, NE, or NW, because water should be in the front of the house. The S of the lake is around 4-5 miles from the town I will be living in. However, putting flying star perio…

Hi Master. Is it possible to activate a #8 water star in a center palace? According to I-Ching no water is allowed there, but perhaps there is another possibility to enhance the star ? Or is the star lost? Thanks

Hi, Hope all is well. I have two questions as follows: 1. Is it okay if my laughing buddha is facing the main door/entrance? 2. Is it okay for me to put swallows / birds on my shoe cabinet? Thanks.
