Hi, Both myself and my wife are borned in the year of Tiger (1974). We are planning for another baby either this year or next year (lunar calendar). As we believe Feng Shui like common sense, will some what relate the geomancy sign in determining the suitability of the members. For example,a dog year child may not compatible with our geomancy sign.A pig year child maybe more compatible with both myself and my wife. Can you explain if this is true? On the other hand, can you suggest ways for us to improve our chances in getting a boy. Our eldest is agirl. So, we arehoping for the second one to be boy.We also aware that sometime displaying symbolic items would help but wil…

Dear Mr. Lee, After working in retail for so long and just having a baby 18 months ago, I decided to open a small maternity boutique four months ago. With all of the experience I have gained, and careful research, and the lack of maternity stores in this city, I was sure to be successful. I know it takes time, and word of mouth is the best advertisement, butit doesn't seem like it's picking up at alland businesshas been awful. I haven't been able to pay rent for the past twomonths, and with only one income right now, we had to get rid of one car and now we're selling our house. I consulted a local feng shui master with selecting my store space and the only one available …

i am curious how feng shui works.Eg is main door direction more impt than bedroom best location than is best sleeping position. I currently stay in a 2nd best bedroom with a good sleeping direction but my main door of house is not my best. But my life is down with illness. My brother who used to stayed in the "death" position bedroom but with best sleeping position died of cancer last yr. Both brother and I have the same KUA number 1. now i am going to move into the bedroom which is the "irritant" location (facing northeast as measured from the centre of the house). Dear Cecil, I am being sued and I am very angry.I was born on November 21, 1948 in Quebec Canada. Since I have moved in this house I have been sued two times. My house faces the North 20 degrees. I am a north west house person. When I was sued I was sleeping with my head pointing north east, and my bedroom is in the east section, and the head of my bed was against a bathroom wall. Since then I have changed my head to point to the West but now it is against a laundry room wall. Please tell me what I could do to improve my chances so I can win this law suit, because I have done nothing wrong. Thank you. Cecile

Dear Sir: I have just figured out that one of our upstairs bathroom is located inthe Good Fortune/Wealth corner of our house and the guest bathroomlocated downstairs isat the very Center of our house. I guess that just explains why ever since we moved in this house, our debt has becomea lotworse! Is there anything we can do or put in these two bathrooms besides just keeping it closed because we do use both of them frequently. Please advise me to prevent our wealth from flushing away. Thank you so much!

Hi, I would like to know if there are any cures for my hubby who has a roving eye.2 years ago, I almost caught him having an emotional connection/affair with a woman colleague. But he said there was nothing. Lately, I notice he keeps eyeing younger and sexy looking girls as soon as my back is turned. Is there any feng shui cures for making him loyal to our relationship? Please help!

Dear Master Lee, I have an entrance foyer in the NW sector of my new house, which occupies 50% of this sector. Since this foyer has only 2 walls, I would have to consider it as missing? How can I place cures here to minimise the effect of having this missing corner? I plan to place a bright light in the foyer and use a venetian blind on one side to represent a 'false' wall and to protect the shoe cabinet from the harsh sunlight. What else could I use or try? Thank you. Best Regardsaulina

I haveencased myfish tank ina partition wall between my living and dining room. This means SE of the living room and SW of dining room. Using the five element theory, water in SE is productive but not so if placed in the SW. Is that right? Please advise if I need to put a screen to 'close up" (visually) the fish tank in the dining room. Thank you very much.

Dear Robert and Cecil, It is a common scene that one building is split into two properties and that would mean that each property would only have a front garden. Sometimes the rooms would protrude into the neigbours property space, both propertiessahare one roof. All this appears to me as a situation to be avoided when purchasing a property. My question is could there be a scenario when this kind of living arrangement is possitive to individualliving in it? Perheps whenthefacing of the property occupiedis one of their fourpossitive sides. dragana

There are unfortunately 4 doors in my bedroom, however I keep 2 of them (almost) permanently closed and locked. The only ones I use regularly are the main entryway and the door to the ensuite bathroom. However, the bathroom door is directly facing one of the locked doors (which lead out to a small balcony), and my bed is situated in between. I understand this is bed feng shui. My questions are these: 1. Is the effect of 2 opposing doors negated because I keep one always locked? From what I've researched, it seems people who live in rooms facing each other argue a lot. Since I'm the only one in my room, surely this is no problem? 2. For the negative effect of a bat…

Hi! I have a little problem, when we moved to this apartment with 2 bedrooms, we use the small one for my husband's studio (he is a musician), and since my daughter was a baby we use the master for the 3 of us. When she grow up, we decided to let her have the master and we went to the living room on a futon. The master is located on the finance area, and since we are having trouble with our finances, I decided to put some feng shui to workand I'd like to change rooms, give the small room to my daughter and use the master as a studio plus our bedroom with the same futon. I think this would be better because we'll have more privacy, and we would be on the power zone. Am I …

Hi Adviser, From one of the free 8 house reports generated from your website, it is stated that Northwill beideal for storeroom or toilets as it's my spook direction. I'm born in rat year. But I read a book that for year 2006, those born in the year of Rat should not have a toilet occupying their north direction, or else career luck is adversely affected. The book states that by placingcrystals or growing plants inside such a toilet will reduce the bad effect. I happened to have a toilet occupying the north of my house. I'm Basically a sagittarian rat. Would like to hear your advice. Thank You. Gummy

Dear Feng Shui Master, Recently I have purchased an L-shaped apartment before I became interested in Feng Shui. I have read that L-shaped apts have bad feng shui due to missing sectors. I wld like to detail the floor plan as follows: The 3 bedrooms, dining and living room forms the vertical part of the L. The kitchen, yard and store forms the horizontal part of the L. Based on the apatment building facing of S, which gives it a Kan Gua(sitting N), the main door of the apt faces E and is in the Tian Yi sector. Part of the kitchen, which is to the right of the door entrance but seperated by a wall, also resides in the Tian Yi sector. The rest of the kitchen, yard and store…

hello, i have yet another question. currently at work, i am sitting in my spook/irritation direction. i have a wall in front of me and a window beside me. the view out the window is other taller buildings corners, sides etc... (does the corner count as poison arrows?). i share a cubicle so there is no wall behind me but a corner of a verticle supporting column points twds me. the person whom i share the cubicle with is a 'small person' whom causes lots of disturbances around the office. recently, i have been given a choice to move to a single (non-sharing) cubicle. this cubicle is more in my prosperityline but also very, very close to my disaster line. i will be su…
