Dear Master CeCil, Like to seek your advice. Based on your website Bazi calculator ( and also the paid report), it states that sleep position towards west is favourable for me. ( so is my wife bazi as well also based on the calculator). both me and my wife kua no. is 2. Refer to the proposed floor plan, this bed is towards east. ( where head is pointing toward east when sleeping). If favourable sleep position is towards west, does that means i should shift the bed to the other side of the wall ? if shifted to the other side, the toilet door is facing our body while sleeping, should i use a wardrobe to place it to block the toilet door ? or can i…

Dear Miriam, Indeed, one may utilize one of these options. However, in numerous situations, it could encroach upon a neighbor's frontage. Therefore, in certain cases, it is not practical. Conversely, if it has not yet undergone renovation, one can employ a protruding floor tile. I had previously shared an image illustrating this. Here is another image (illustration) that exemplifies the aforementioned protrusion. In fact, this method has been implemented in several condominiums in Singapore. One such location is the Signature Park Condominium, which was developed by City Developments, a subsidiary of the Hong Leong Group. Warmest Regards, Cec…

Hello, I am a trainee jeweller, who , if truth be told, is struggling to go forward with my skill learning. I love learning about all aspects of becoming a jeweller but I am finding that I am getting stuck by my lack of ability, which in turn, holds me back from improving. Is there a solution that I can put in place in my house or possibly in my workplace studiov? Thank you

Hi, I was doing research about the feng shui situation of my house but couldnt find specific information about my feng shui problem. On the 2nd storey of my house, I have a bedroom door that directly faces (but around 7m apart) a side/back door that leads to an outdoor laundry area. My question is, does this create bad feng shui for the bedroom occupant? I know two bedroom doors should not be directly facing each other and the main door should not be facing a back door, but i couldnt find anything about a bedroom door facing a back door. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Magnetic north pole shifting On 16 Jan 2019, at 2:38 PM, ABC wrote: I have read a few articles recently about the magnetic north pole shifting at a very rapid rate in the last 20 years. I would like to know how this influences Feng Shui. Thank you Dear ABC, In my opinion, our normal compass or for that matter; I Can’t really discern this at the moment. So for now, status quo. If not, by now, one would have heard especially birds dropping or hitting building windows frequently. None of these yet. Or planes falling out of the sky.. touchwood

Hi, My house located at the middle of L shape, we built low brick fence wall with garden bed with the brances plants like hedges along behind the brick fence wall. We planted branches plants so they can grow taller than low brick fence wall in order to block the street where’s cars coming in to the street (from left side), it is an end of street, on the right from front of house. Cars coming through from left. The council planted a seed tree (the tree has grown about 1.5m height) in front of our front yard ( in front of our brick wall fence) location is not exactly in the middle of L (but sort of blocking street a bit from cars coming through - right hand car). Th…

Dear Anon, 1. More importantly, for a site, it should also have excellent Feng Shui based on Shapes and Form School. For example: 1. Avoid having a drain or water position behind the house. 2. You piece of land in relation to the neigbhour. Is the land lower then the neighbour? Is it on a slope? There are many more issues to be looked into. 2. The eight house theory has its limitation in that it is best used only for finding the house is suitable to the breadwinner (main door) and the various bedrooms that your family members will occupy. 3. More advanced theories such as Flying Star should be used. My suggestion is that if you want a `worry' free house, it is best to get…

hi, My toilet is located in the east and the toilet door is facing my dining area..I have a small hallway/walkway between the toilet door and my dining area, which lead to the kitchen. My dining table is not in view of the toilet, dining table is facing my kitchen island table which is located in the east( next to the toilet).I have read somewhere that we can put a door curtain( is the curtain required to be from top to bottom or half curtain alright), plants ( any kind?does it have to be as tall as the door?)and a screen/room divider between the toilet door and dining area. Was wondering if the screen/room divider are required to be solid screen( solid wood/plastic …

Hello Master Lee, I wonder if there is an impact on the flow of the internal room spaces, when placing the two rectangles on L shaped buildings. Attached is the floor plan. Given the kitchen top right is the largest room, should one rectangle cover the whole top of this build (with missing space in the north) and a small rectangle be placed bottom left . Or would the major walls of the building define the first rectangle as covering the whole left hand side of the building with a near square top right? I wondered if when a choice arose, the rooms and flow of people through them had any impact? Either way this home has a missing space the apex of which lies in a cemet…

Hi Master Cecil, Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I have stumbled across a property that I really like, but I have a few concerns. It has good views except part of the view includes a cemetery, which could be seen from the living room and bedroom. Also, I may be wrong but the structure has a pointed edge as could be seen from the windows that could be pointing towards the main door, although as one enters the main door of the unit the first thing they see is the kitchen. If I am not wrong the property also faces southwest, and that will place the kitchen in the northwest direction. I will post the floor plan once I have it. Thanks. …

My husband loves pointy leaved plants and has a few he wants to be brought into the house. Currently, they are in our greenhouse, but I'm reluctant to bring them in. Is there area, where a large spikey leaved plant would work well? There are no thrones, but the leaves are thin and pointy. "spikey"

Are metal roofs, which are increasingly popular, bad feng shui? Storm damage requires new roof. Currently have trad shingles, with a metal roof on a low pitch extension (too flat for shingles) across back of house which faces east and a medium sized lake as well. Is going full metal too much metal? I am Sagittarius/Water Dragon. Thankyou, wrsjr.

Dear Mr. Lee, For Tampines Green Court, I noticed some blocks with something called Air Well in the centre of the block. See pictures attached (Marked Purple). Is such block considered good or bad Feng Shui? It would seem that the Blocks surrounding the air well could be dark in the centre of the development where all the front doors will be located as sunlight is unlikely to reach the centre unless in the middle of the day when the sun is right on top. How can I tell if a stack is affected by Poison Arrows from nearby blocks. Using the same picture, are there Poison Arrows pointing at the stacks marked with Blue and Red Circles? For Stack marked with Red, …
