Further to what I had mentioned, earlier; 1. From one of the past resources:- 1.1 Once you properly define the outline of the house (which forms the major outline or support for the house. Anything missing area within the Square/Rectangle shape, is defined as a missing corner. Anything, that extends out of the square/rectangle, is defined as a protrusion. 1.2 A small missing corner is fine, but if the missing corner covers a large area, then it becomes a big issue. You can refer to this link for whether it is auspicious or inauspicious:- URL: http://www.geomancy.net/resources/theories/fs-building.htm 2. NOTE: There are also : MAJOR and MINOR missing areas (corners).

You wrote: Nowadays, many apartments (HDB or private development) comes with balcony or planter. Would like to seek your advice if these areas need to be brightly and well lit at night or is it OK to leave these areas unlit at night? These are some considerations: 1. In my opinion, contrary to what you had written; in fact, long time ago as far as 1968 onwards; many apartments do have either a balcony or the many thousands of 1 room and 3 room HDB a COMMON corridor. This includes the HUDC flats and private flats. 2. Especially these common corridor is a "cheaper" form of balcony; but they are still some form of a corridor cum balcony. 3. Even today, many HDB blocks ha…

1. Feng Shui is a holistic approach and it is about maximising a home's qi. 2. No; practise the Heaven side is located at NW and not at North.

Dear Cecil, I desperately need your advice and help on my career. I recently went on a couple of job interviews with many disappointments as I have the qualifications and many years of experiences for the job, but never get selected. There was one job I went in to interview for a very well-known and good company this past Tuesday and Friday (this one is the final with the head) and overall they went well. I was told by my recruiter that they really like me except for the final interview with the head she felt like none of the candidates including myself stood out although the interview was good. I heard she was a very hard to please person. I know this position has been o…

In my opinion; this has nothing to do with Feng Shui. But rather, own cultural customs, beliefs and personal feelings. I believe there are some people who felt that it is not good to simply "trash" the figurine. If so, one may wrap it and store it away.

These are some considerations: 1. No offence to the person posting this question. 2. My answer is: Only Singaporeans can think of such questions. 3. Perhaps, this is why we have our singlish: Kiasu and Kiasee. 4. Singaporeans, please read between the lines.. and I hope you are not that Kiasee, OK? P.S. a. The only other character that is close to Singaporean's K-su and K-see attitude is Rowan A. as Mr Bean in many of his delightful comedies... b. One fine day when I do retire from Geomancy; I will certainly add this question into one of my websites... be it http://kiasu.net Seems very appropriate.. content.. Cheers!

These are some considerations: 1. House number report is actually Flying Star Feng Shui. 2. The common Flying Star Feng Shui or the 9 grids has to do with HORIZONTAL analysis. 3. While this House number is also Flying Star Feng Shui and has to do with VERTICAL analysis. 4. Usually, it is best used during a development launch where one can still have the pick of both stacks and individual level units. 5. Holistic Feng Shui: 5.1. For example, let's hope that a home's horizontal Feng Shui is good or acceptable. If the horizontal Feng Shui is not as good and there are major leaks; and the vertical House number or level is not so good; it is like the Titanic which would ultima…

In my opinion, there are two contrary view points: 1. The most common from a Flying Star Feng Shui is: often one hears this saying "Such a waste that the current prosperity is located in the kitchen". 1.1. For example, for the current period 8; instead of having the current prosperity especially double auspicious wealth sectors at the frontage; the current prosperity is "wasted" in the kitchen area. What a waste! 1.2. Here, if the double #8's can also be at the living room area; or area of activity where one can enjoy the influence of good qi. 1.3. For some, the kitchen and yard area can be "messy" and if the double #8s are located there; make sure that the kitchen area …

Thanks Mr. Lee for your reply. Appreciate it! Christine -----Original Message----- From: free-advice Listmanager [mailto:free-advice.listmanager@forum.geomancy.net] Sent: Friday, September 09, 2011 7:01 PM Subject: RE: Rear mini prawns in Office Premises From: Cecil Lee 1. In hokkien prawns or "hei" alone is fine. 2. But added with other nonsense words = Kiao hei bee = Die like a shrimp (all curled up) 3. Another famous hokkien saying is " Wu Hu are Hei are Ho";? So long as got fish or prawns is OK. 4. So, "hei" on it's own phoentic sounding in Hokkien is technically ok. But when made into a string of words as mentioned under para 2 is no good. But under Para 3, is ok o…

Hi Master, My house advertised for sale since beginning of the year has not been sold successfully. Those similar qualities houses advertised in the same batch have already sold except mine. Some said activate the NW with some red or yellow flowers could help. Some also say clear the clusters will able to sell house quickly. Unfortunately none of them work for me. My house is facing NE at 63.3 degree. Selling price is based on market value and potential buyers came and view but gone without further negotiation. Is there any way to attract serious buyer or sell house quickly? Thank you.

Dear Mr. Cecil, Thank you very much for your great advise, this will help me a lot. I just want to clarify the following: 1. If I will keep my original layout andjust swap the place of TV and Cabinet, is it okay also toexchange thecomputer/printer with the new location of TV? 2. Also, I just noticed last night that 1/8 part of mybed is overlapping with the window, is this would be a problem or is it okay to retain the location of the bed. I am currently living in Riyadh with my husband and daughter. Here in Riyadh nobody opens their window due to too much dust orthey call it sandstorm. We usually even put heavy duty tape to cover the whole window to avoid single dust ente…
