Astor is a small 12 storey single block condominium. It was completed this year. Tenure is 99 years. I give this condo the"THUMBS DOWN":- 1. Although the overall block looks not only like a drawf dragon; it is only but ajunior ¬ a formidable dragon and worseoff - it looks like it has all its limbs amputated... a cripple! 2. The worst stack is Stack #03. Has really bad Shapes and Forms Feng Shui: the main issue is that the whole stack (other than the void area for cars to pass below it;) faces the main entrance. 3.
