The Poiz Residences and Shapes & Forms Feng Shui - Which unis are lucky? Which have health concerns?

The Poiz Residences and a very specific focus on just three stacks to rank or choose from. In fact, each stack/unit has some differences. Thus one must really sit down and look through all the points of each of the three chart. This is a very tedious exercise as it is as good as doing a total of three detailed Feng Shui audits. Thus this is not the typical By Ranking Exercise.

Part 1: The Alps Residences at Tampines Avenue 10 & roof-lines of the ancillary buildings/trellis 1. The roof-lines of the ancillary buildings / trellis at The Alps Residences is considered unfriendly. 2. Please see attachment. 2.1. For building "A" which is the club-house cum function room; the building is very close to a particular block/stack. 2.2. I have highlighted in yellow a unit at 2nd storey that may have a potential poison arrow aimed towards it from the club-house roof-line. 2.3. There is another trellis court-yard. Which I had marked in red as "B". This court-yard is also close to a block/stack/unit. Thus it may be a potential sha …

Le Quest by Qingjian Realty at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 N3. Stacks/Units such as Block 10 stacks 29, 30, 31 and 32 and Block 12 38, 39, 40 & 41 has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" or rear of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S3 have identical Feng Shui as S2 facing. Stacks such as Block 2 stacks 04, 05, 06 & 07 are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. S2 charts are identical to a S3 chart 2. In the attachment:…

Casablanca condo has six well spread towers: 1 to 6. It was completed in 2006 by Mediterranean Properties Pte Ltd with a total of 478 units. It is near to the Singapore Americian School. Can you see "jumping frogs" in each of the 6 towers? Overall, the well spaced Towers is considered good in Feng Shui. And the jumping frogs ... implies lively activities especially for young occupants in the development.

The newly launched Parc Rosewood condominum at Rosewood Drive have several layouts that are not up to par with good Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. It is considered as a major leak if the toilet is NEXT to the main entrance area. Let's hope that the unit has no further leaks... Predominately, the units are either facing North or South.... In each of the three sample layouts, the toilet is highlighted in YELLOW (next to the main door) In addition, in many instances, another flaw is that the stove is in direct view of the main door... You guess it!

Name: Amaryllis Ville Condominium Developer: WingTai Asia, Wing Tai Property Management Pte Ltd Tenure: 99 years Expected TOP: 31 March 2004 Location: 20, 22 Newton Road So far, this year, this is one of the most `interesting' condo. As it's twin towers look like two symbolic hand/palm (symbolic) of the receive position. Price per sq feet is approximately from $597. Currently, units are on Sale. And their sales hotline is: 63803800. In my opinion, based on it's prime location and favourable Shapes and Forms, if you currently looking for a condo unit, do check this out. Alternatively, if you are looking for a `freehold' condo unit, you may want to conside…

The Crest Jointly developed by WingTai Land & Metro Australia and Shapes and Forms Feng Shui It is always good to one in a while hear how the architect in this case a Japanese architect designed the whole concept of the design of each block and how these relate to each other.... P.S. This is not Feng Shui. But it is a pity that this is only a 99 leasehold development. Or a blessing in disguise? As after 70 years or more (being pretty old by then); less likely to be pulled-down for redevelopment..

1. Tre Residences Condo and Flying Star Feng Shui 2. This development has stacks that either face Flying Stars N2 or S2 directions. 3. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 3.1 S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 3.2 The best stacks in thi…

Here, in an S2 chart, the double auspicious water wealth is at the frontage. But in an N2 chart, it is wasted at the kitchen/yard area. teck-ghee-parkview.pdf

Part 6: Kingsford Waterbay Condo Blocks 66 & 68 1. Blocks 66 & 68 have stacks that are either NW2 or SE2 facing directions. 2. Under Flying Star Feng Shui NW2 has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Blocks 66 & 68 with stacks facing the swimming pool fulfil this condition. 2.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. 2.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness 3. SE2 facing has the water wealth star and it also faces a pool of water i.e. Sungei Serangoon. 3.1 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. An…

1. Why was this development named as The Commodore? 1.1. The Commodore is located in Canberra, which was an important naval enclave within the former Sembawang Naval Base. It was named Canberra after a visiting Australian warship in 1937. 1.2. According to the Sales Brochure, The Commodore got it's name from the topmost naval officer in Singapore at that time - the Commodore Superintendent of the Royal Navy Dockyard. Source: National Heritage Board and the Australian War Memorial. 2. Will the current or former Chief of the Navy not only buy a unit here but stay there? LOL

Astor is a small 12 storey single block condominium. It was completed this year. Tenure is 99 years. I give this condo the"THUMBS DOWN":- 1. Although the overall block looks not only like a drawf dragon; it is only but ajunior ¬ a formidable dragon and worseoff - it looks like it has all its limbs amputated... a cripple! 2. The worst stack is Stack #03. Has really bad Shapes and Forms Feng Shui: the main issue is that the whole stack (other than the void area for cars to pass below it;) faces the main entrance. 3. Naturally, this stack #03, also has a "dark secret". It has the "pulling power" to bring itself "down" and drag stack #02 with it to the dumps! …

This two combined developments has both facing directions for an East group person: majority are those of N2 and S2 facing directions. With the exception of Block 194A Stack 215 & 217 has borderline compass degree. I found the reading to be at 202 degrees. It is best that after collection of keys to re-confirm this reading. eCO condominium at Bedok South/Tanah Merah and Townhouse Type T8 layout plan 1. As mentioned earlier, for Townhouse homes; it is best to superimpose the 1st storey layout plan with the 2nd storey plan. 2. For Townhouse Type T8 layout plan; the wet kitchen stoves are above bedroom 2. 3. Fortunately, this is often not the location of the bed / bed-head area. Thus, although it is not ideal; at least better than some other layout plans where in some instances it is directly above the bed / bed-head area. 4. The only remote concern is "touchwood" should a fire start at the 1st storey kitchen and if it is prolong; the floor close to the bedroom 2 bedroom door and the passa…
