Sennett Residence and Flying Star Feng Shui Majority of the stacks/units in this development either face Flying Stars Period 8 E3 or W3. E3 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the apartment. This is usually where the kitchen and yard are located. W2 facing stacks:It is good to have clear space or a water position at the living room side. As the frontage of this facing has the double auspicious combinations of water wealth stars. The only drawback is also the DIRECT afternoon sun. Wealth but "cooked" or "roasted" by the afternoon sun.

These are some consideration: 1. Looks like the edge of Tower 22, Stack 45 is aimed towards Tower 10, Stack 18. Hopefully, it is not aimed towards the balcony / living room windows. 1.1 Unlike a bedroom window, which often can be easily neutralised by e.g. day curtain(s) or blinds; a living room area is often usually an open area. 2. Pot Luck and Tower 10, Stack 18. As it may be affected by both the poison arrow (sharp corner of Tower 22, Stack 45. STACK 18 ======== 2.1. In addition @ the East coast or around the South side of Singapore which is near to the sea; often one can feel strong winds blowing from the land towards the sea (South.) 2.2. 1. The best way to look at an entire area is to look at a large map of the surrounding areas of a development. 2. Within Adora Green DBSS,there are a total of 6 other uncompleted HDB developments:- 1. Acacia Breeze 2. Flora Spring 3. Vista Spring 4. Yishun Riverwalk 5. Yishun Natura 6. Yishun Jade Spring 3. But generally, Adora Green has good External environment as to the East of this development are low rise schools: Two of them: North View Sec School and Huamin Primary School. 5. Cityscape @ Farrer Park and Rubbish collection point In some instances, we have to open our eyes closely when selecting our costly investment of a property. In this example of Cityscape Condo; although there is tell-tale sign of a dead-end road leading into the development; No where says that there is a rubbish bin collection point. Here, if one is familiar with similar outlines of HDB site plans; one can immediately notice (see attachment); that most likely; it could be a drive-up / reverse-point for a rubbish truck to collect rubbish. If so, I wouldn't want to select a low unit especially stack #06 or even #07 as often the "smell" could permeate…

Sophia Hills Condominium (a re-launch) It is essential to verify the accuracy of the Sales Brochure's site-map against the local street directory to ascertain whether the North marking on the Sales Brochure's site-map is correct. This verification is necessary because, in previous instances, a few Sales Brochures contained not only inaccurate but significantly erroneous North markings on their site plans. Consequently, if one were to follow or rely on this North marking without question, it could lead to an unpleasant surprise later on... Is the sales brochure reliable? The positive aspect is that the margin of error is not merely a 5-degree discr…

Waterway Sunrise I Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans waterway-sunrise-i.pdf HDB Waterway Sunrise I and Shapes & Forms Feng Shui This batch of newly or soon to be released for sale flats now have two rubbish bin chutes: common rubbish and recyling. What was the architect thinking when he/she designed the layout of Blocks 655A, 656B and 657A? For example: Stacks #718 (very close-to), #822 and #868 have one of the rubbish bins directly facing the unit's entrance area. And indirectly for stacks #820 and #866. And slightly further away for #716 as there is a emergency exit as a further buffer. [2017 launch]

marsiling-grove.pdf Lease Commencement Date: Expected to be Year 2022 The remaining sectors contain inauspicious stars and may require mitigation. S1 with stacks #972 & #978 has the combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 positioned at the "rear" of the unit. This is unfortunate, as this area typically corresponds to the kitchen and yard. A bedroom in the East sector is beneficial for study purposes. If the main entrance is positioned in the NE, it will be excellent due to the favorable combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector. N2 = stacks #962 and #964 S2 = stack #960 In terms of Flying Stars, there is a distin…

Further to what I had mentioned earlier, it is such a waste that this is one of the few low rise apartments - unfortunately, the roof is blue. Symbollically, this is considered inauspicious. URL: http://www.centrepointhomes.com/euphony.asp To-date, since it's TOP, several years back; units in this development would have already being sold-out! But, unforunately, at the time of writing, the developer is still advertising it for "Immediate Occupation!". Warmest Regards, Cecil

Hi Cecil, Guess what? While cruising around on Saturday, we came across 'Central View' by Far East. We visited the showflat and fell in love with the layout and furnishing immediately (no toilet in the center). On Sunday, we went to view our chosen unit and decided to purchase it. It's cheaper because its living room, master bedroom and 1 more bedroom are facing west, thus bask in the afternoon sun. However, it's facing the Serangoon highway instead of other building. Will need to install thick curtain. Again, need your advise on 2 items: 1. You mentioned that period 7 building has #5 star x 2 at east direction. The unit we've chosen has it's front door at east direction,…

Further to what I had mentioned: 1. Young couples who had just started work or even had worked for 3 or 4 years may still have difficulty servicing the loan quantum for anything above $288K to $300K. 2. Another thing to remember is that in Singapore; for a 99 tenure apartment; if the lease falls below 60 years, no bank would normally touch it - since it increases their risk exposure on the property. 3. Only those who are single and cannot afford a condo, often, consider these apartments. Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. In general, it is best to get a unit furthest away from the MRT line especially for units between 3rd to 6th storey. As the MRT train noise may penetrate thru some of the walls of apartments. (Noise pollution). 2. Usually in all developments, there are often good units and not so good units. Quote: I would like to know if the How is the feng shui for Yew Tee Residence coming up very near to the Yew Tee MRT.

1. This image depicts the clubhouse. 2. Upon closer inspection, the roof of the clubhouse resembles a knife directed towards the bedroom of the ground floor unit. 3. The remedy is similar to the example; where the owner employs a day curtain to shield the interior of the apartment from this "poison arrow." 4. Even a rectangular roof (such as that of this clubhouse) located near a stack can generate a poison arrow directed at the apartment.

I have personally visited the showroom. Indeed, I have witnessed firsthand how the showroom, particularly the bedrooms, appears significantly larger than in reality. For instance, the master bedroom can only accommodate a queen-sized bed and would struggle to fit a king-sized bed along with many stacks or units. Moreover, the raised floor tiles at the main entrance match the color of the main floor tiles, and if nothing is placed at the edge of the entrance, one can easily imagine a child or an elderly person tripping over the raised flooring. (Refer to the illustration) The only advantage is that this is currently one of the few executive condominiums…

Keat Hong Quad Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans keat-hong-quad.pdf Lease Commencement Date: Year 2016 Feng Shui of HDB Keat Hong Quad 1. This development has only 3 blocks of flats. Thus, from the block alone; I cannot figure why it could be called "Quad". 2. Perhaps, if we look at the plot of land; then maybe, just maybe it makes more sense: As this plot sits within a Square (Quad)plot of land. And it seats on 2/3rds of this Squad or Quad plot of land. 3. Although it comprises a total of 3 blocks of flats; yet, there are a total of 6 Flying Star facing directions of: N1, N2, S1, S2, SE3 and NW3. 4. From a Fl…

Yung Kuang Court Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans yung-kuang-court.pdf 1. Feng Shui of Yung Kuang Court & Poison Arrows 2. There are potential poison arrows aimed towards certain stacks in Yung Kuang Court. And this depends on the height of the Multi-storey car park 163A aimed towards stack 46. 3. Sometimes, the sha qi or poison arrow may not need to come from own estate. It can come from an existing block from a different neighbourhood estate:- 4. Neighbouring block 163 has a corner also aimed towards stack 30. 5. Another potential sha qi is block 161's corner aimed towards stack 50.

1. Feng Shui of HDB Woodlands Peak Block 302A 2. This is a small development with 33 storeys. 3. In Flying Star Feng Shui, this building is aligned exactly along the North-South direction. 4. There are two sample charts: one for N2 facing and one for S2 facing. 5. For example, stack 317 is N2 facing, while stack 319 is S2 facing. 6. In Flying Star Feng Shui, N2 and S2 facing charts show different results. 7. For N2 facing, the combined lucky wealth stars are located at the back of the home, usually in the kitchen or yard, instead of at the front like in an S2 chart.
