Many new condo developments today have interior walls that come with dry walls. For example: The Sail, Livia and recently TOP Caspian and also 8@Woodleigh. All other developers should take a page or example from the Sales Brochure of Naung Residence. Where under 3.0 WALLS Internal Wall : concret wall and/or brickwall and/or precast wall While many other brochures are not clearly written. Please see attachments.
