Seaside Residences @ Sigap Link takes advantage of the seaview; thus many of the units have an outstanding view of the sea. On a clear day and high floors; one can even get to see Indonesia's Batam island. My major grouse is that even if majority of the blocks are set-in a distance away from the busy ECP; many lower floor units will still "enjoy" the traffic noise along this highway... 1. The road sign in one of the photos says : " Sixth Avenue". 2. This house is at the apex of a " Y " fork road. 3. To the right side of the main entrance door is a large open canal. 1. Under the current period: 8 (2004 to 2023); the areas to look out for in Singapore would be the NE corridor of Punggol / Seletar area. 2. Another area is already evident is in the SW sector Singapore. Go down to Boon Lay and one can see that this is the busiest sub-urban place-to-be in Singapore. 3.
