Ping Yi Greens Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans ping-yi-greens.pdf 1. Feng Shui of HDB Ping Yi Greens @ Chai Chee and Flying Star Feng Shui of the 5 bedroom type:- 2. N3 facing stacks = 48 & 50. 2.1 Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. There are however, no S2 facing 5 bedroom type in this development. 2.2 Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

1. The Feng Shui analysis of HDB Tampines Greenweave and the Flying Star Feng Shui for the five-bedroom type is as follows:- 2. Within this development, there are only two stacks that face NW2, specifically 428 and 430. The NW2/3 configuration features the auspicious water wealth star #8 at its front. It is beneficial if the balcony or living room overlooks a body of water. If this is not the case, one might consider adding a water feature to the balcony to activate this energy. 2.1 Aside from this, the remaining sectors of the home exhibit imbalances. 2.2 If the master bedroom or any bedroom is situated in the western sector of the home, one should be c…

Question: Hi Master, do you think the leaves can act as a partition / panel between the staircase and the main door? Reply: Not ideal. The leaves have two many sharp points. And all the white leaves; apologies; in my opinion, looks more like meant for decorating a funeral wake. Client: LOL thanks

HDB Bedok North Woods and Common sense 1. Common sense says that: 1.1. If possible avoid a home that is constantly bathe by direct or indirect afternoon sun rays. 1.2. It is obvious what direct afternoon sun rays are like. For example a West unit where standing inside the living room the facing direction is West or SW (slight slant). 1.3. Less obvious are the indirect afternoon sun rays. 1.3.1 For example, some young couples happily go into a resale flat and find the house lovely. 1.3.2 One thing that they forgot was that the owners turned on the air-con during their visit(s). 1.3.3…

The Morris Residences @ Paya Lebar Cres and Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. This 10 strata terrace houses sits on a elongated pyramid. With a overly huge base. Please see illustration. Are you able to see an outline of a knife similar to a parang? The architect has tried to make the homes as rectangular as possible with the exception of two houses: no. 63 and 63J. The overall outline of the perimeter of this development under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui is inauspicious for these three homes: No. 49 and 51 Tai Keng Gardens. And the side of no. 65 Paya Lebar Cres. Fortunately, for no. 49 and 51. A high…

HDB Woodlands Spring BTO launched in May 2017 and the Precinct Pavilion As there is a requirement for a precinct pavilion; very much understand the architect's constrain in placing it. Unfortunately, Block 799B stack 131 seems to have a "front row" seating facing it directly. Sincerely hope that one's festive mood is not damped .. when there is a wake / funeral during one's festive period (mood)... Stack 129, 131 and 111 are also the closest to the precinct pavilion.

Martin Modern by Guocoland What a pity stacks/units that have pool view also affected by afternoon sun. Especially Tower 8 with the larger units stacks #01, #02 and #03. For Tower 10, stack #12 is the most affected by afternoon sun. Including stack #11. While stacks #13, #14 and #15 also have indirect afternoon sun all year round. It is a pity that the developer should have mirrored the two blocks on this plot of land.

Watercove Ville @ Sembawang predominatly has facing direction of either NE1 or SW1 NE1. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus since many units face the sea, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised. SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such…

Springdale condo is considered under Flying Stars Period 7: generally either NE1 or SW1 facing. 1. NE1 facing units: 1.1 From now to 2023, the wealth stars for a NE1 facing is located at East sector (Water star #8) and North (Mountain star #8). 1.2 Thus good that during this period, the frontage has both the #8 stars. Good that either the Mountain or Water star falls in a bedroom or bedrooms. 2. SW1 facing units: (Facing Upper Bukit Timah side and all year long afternoon sun) 2.1. From now to 2023, the SW1 facing units are less lucky as the frontage has the double #7's. This is where between 2000 to 2003; this pair of #7's was the wealth stars at …

Sophia Hills is under construction. In 1965, this plot of land housed Methodist Girls school until the mid 1980’s: From mid-1995, the premises house John Wesley Centre until it was demolished in the 2000’s:- Today (2018) The plot is now Sophia Hills:- P.S. Today, John Wesley Centre (a Church) is now in Bukit Timah, on 496 Upper Bukit Timah Road. For info it is also Methodist (Church). In the future, residents there can say that their homes are on Holy grounds! Not bad for resale marketing.. should one try to exit (sell) this place in the near future..
