Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; the Panorama at Ang Mo Kio is situated on a "boot shaped" site. The architect wraps the 6 blocks in this site around the "perimeter" of the development. Thus majority of the pool is within the centre of the development and flows towards the NE and vice-versa. With such a configuration; inadvertently one of the stacks #27 has a corner of it's stack/block aimed towards stack #08. And around 50 percent of the blocks/stacks are either exposed to direct afternoon sun or at a slanted angle. The Clementi Canopy Condo by UOL The initial compass readings based on the Sale Brochure of The Clementi Canopy shows that this developments stacks either face NE1 (23 degrees) or SW1 (203 degrees). The main concern is that just 0.5 of a degrees or more and the facing changes to either N3 (e.g. 22.4 degrees) or S3 (e.g. 202.4 degrees) facing. The next few reviews, I will try to counter check it with streetdirectory.com. As the outlines are not up yet; but at least see if the sales brochure is "in the right direction".

Rivertree Residences Site Plan Rivertree residences.pdf I believe RiverTrees Residences Tower 21 is also well conceived. Here, two stacks 01 and 06 has a commanding view of the Punggol Reservoir. While this design/layout also ensures that two more stacks 02 and 03 faces the development's pool side. And stack 04 and 05 have an acceptable view also. It is also remarkable that even when all blocks are in a circular profile; the architect has also make sure that there are no poison arrows aimed at each other!
