staircase in the house
1. Frankly, what you mentioned alone does not make or break a home. 2. In order for a home to have major issues, there are often more major issues. 2.1. Habit 1 - Feng Shui Triage to diagnose the issue. 2.2. Habit 3 - Concept of Maximizing Marks. These two for example are the most common considerations.

Moving house during Ghost Festival.
This is frankly routed in pure Common sense. And nothing to do with taboos etc.. Why MUST YOU ALSO MOVE-IN WITH US? It is as simple as this: For example, the house has been vacant from the 1st day of the 7th lunar Ghost month. And on the 7th lunar month, say if one does believe, the gates of hell is opened. And one or many ghosts find this vacant house and decide to "move-in" during the 7th month. And if one or more of them is now staying in that home, and if one wants to move-in. These "spirits" won't be happy! That's it!

HDB Tampines GreenSpring (Green Spring) BTO launched in November 2019 - Which units are lucky today?
History of the it's neighbours… Tampines Hub Officially opened in 2017, Our Tampines Hub (OTH) has the honour of being Singapore s first integrated community and lifestyle hub. OTH is the result of true community spit, as more than 15,000 residents had come together in a series of public consultation sessions to dream up their future town centre. Before OTH came to be, the site housed a sports hall and swimming complex. Today it is also home to a variety of world-class sporting facilities, retail and lifestyle offerings. In 1992, Tampines New Town won the Snited Nations World Habit Awar-he only new town in Singapore to have won this award. A three-metre all sculpture, commemorating the award, sits just behind OTH. Masjid Daryl Ghufran Opened in December 1990, the iconic Masjid Darul Ghufran with its distinctive lattical minaret is Singapore's biggest mosque. It was made possible thanks to the fots of Tampines residents and suraus (Malay for prayer houses) from former surrounding kampungs, who rallied together to raise funds for its construction. The original facade. of the mosque, designed by the Housing and Development Board, look like a series of vertical wall structures of different heights. flowing seamlessly from the surrounding community buildings on Tampines Ave 5. The mosque has since undergone two renovations In 1998, azure blue paneling are added, earning it its nickname of "Menara Biru" Malay for Blue Minaret. In 2016, it's capacity was expanded and more facilities were added. Today the striking blue paneling is no longer there, but key design elements like domed minaret remain. This artwork shows the mosque as a fusion of both its past and present design,

Is the Sales Brochure Useful? Introduction: For brand new just launched developments, there is no physical site to visit the completed buildings and apartments. 1. The only thing we can do is to visit the show room (which often is close-by to the site) as well as obtain a sales brochure and see the mock-up of the development. As well as try to ask questions from the sales agent (if any). 1.1. We must still try to gather as much information as we can. 2. Summary of Case Studies in this article. If the information is overwhelming. Pick and choose selective articles... 1A & B: Common Rubbish Bin 2A & B: Interior unit Dry Walls 3: Fire at Heaven's Gate 4: Sha Qi or Poison Arrows from Club-house roof-lines 5: 3 Panel Sliding Doors at the Balcony 6: Drainage at the Balcony 7: Air-con Ledges 8: Mixed Developments + Cooling Towers 9: Termite infestations 10: Coffee-shop below or near to unit 11: Water tank at roof-top 12: Lamp Posts, Pillars, Tree Trunks 13: Spice Garden in an EC/condo 14: EC/condo Clubhouse 15A & B: Pneumatic Waste Collection System 16: Look closely at the development's scale model for clues 17: Buying a Mixed development apartment 18: Survey or study facilities surrounding the development 19: Pump Room below a unit 20: Seven Commandments of Stove Placement 21: Is there a potential poison arrow from the neighbours? 22: Should I be concerned with a near-by temple, church, mosque &/or elder care? 23: Is the compass marking on the Sales Brochure accurate? 24: Sites reserved for Schools? 25: Doors face each other? [Main Door/Bedrooms] 26: Unit numbers with 4, 44 or 444 Okay? 27: Stove or sink or WC at the Centre of the house? 3. It is always an excellent idea to spent some time to scrutinise a prospective sales brochure of our potential buy (purchase). 4. Recently, more and more clients have discovered to their shock (horror) that the least expected was the location of the central rubbish bin outside their unit. 5. A year ago; many had purchased a premium unit within the development .. and later shocked to learn that the central rubbish chute (for their entire floor) is just next to their main door! 6. Thus the morale of the story is to check first before signing on the dotted line. 7. In general, most developments have these:- 8.1. A central rubbish collection centre / rubbish bin collection point 8.2. Power Sub-station. Every development usually has one or more of these depending on the size of the development. 8.3. Design of club-house roof-lines / trellis / gazebo / pavilion. Are the designs a "threat" e.g. with spikes or like a razor's edge? Usually these are aimed towards lower storeys. 8.4. Any poison arrows in the form of a sharp corner of another block of neighbouring stack aimed towards one's balcony (hard to cure) or towards one's windows (if any) 8.5. Location of areas like BBQ pits and any impact e.g. the smell from these pits towards a unit.. especially low storeys such as #01 or #02 first or second storeys 8.6. Any tree trunk aimed towards a lower unit e.g. #01 or #02. Unfortunately it may be too late; especially if the development is under construction. 9. There are lots more considerations... 9.1. Do remember "Read in-between" the lines.. Source & Credit: COMPLAINT SINGAPORE Elise Chow • 1 h - We have already informed to AMK town council yesterday on 17 may 2024. Yet nobody did anything. These pple pushed and gathered all the incense burners directly facing my units. Just look at the amount of things that they are going to burn. One whole mountain of joss papers, paper car and later burn paper house. Already told town council numerous times that this is a fire hazard waiting to happen. How could u allow such huge mass burning directly in front of residents unit!!!! Take note: this is not a funeral. I'm not against anyone or anything only that town council failed to prepare a proper burning area away from residents house!!!!- Crispy prata

That period was also the height of Art Nouveau, followed by Art Deco in the 1920s. Both these artistic styles had a major influence on the decorative tiles that soon began appearing in Baba Nyonya homes and gradually became a characteristic feature in Singapore's more affluent Peranakan households. During WWII, with the wealth of the Baba Nyonya community slowly declining, well-known status symbols began to wane or disappear, and as a result, the once cherished decorative tiles were forgotten altogether. In Singapore itself, no one was interested in these decorative tiles until the local TV series, called Little Nyonya, revived interest in them in 2008. The film set featured authentic Peranakan style, and the attractive decorative tiles sparked the interest of the public in Baba Nyonya heritage. The show single-handedly brought back the allure of the tiles and re-introduced them into Singapore's present day culture. Surviving a tumultuous past, these tiles are now valued at prices that are constantly on the rise both locally and internationally. The tiles in this mural are a modern take on the traditional decorative tiles. One of the distinct features of these decorative tiles that sets them apart from Western decorative tiles is the manner in which they are displayed, as they are often used on the exterior of a building. Thus, the tiles in this mural proudly adorn these exterior walls. ++++++++++ Ruman BeBe Pte Ltd Example of Decorative Tiles Rumah in Malay means = House Rumah Kim Choo ++++++++++++++++++++ Formerly a Shell Petrol Station once stood, here- Thomson Grove Condo by Far East Organization
