They had to endure the constant traffic noise along this busy Sengkang East Road. Therefore, this implies that it is not necessary true that there is no issue if ones development is not near a highway. But such a busy road is equally BAD. LOL Good news! My the last I had was visited this client for a discussion at their unit for their new home. Yes, they had moved-on a TAD wiser now. LOL! My Advice on House Viewing for such units? Try to arrange a house viewing especially on busier part of a weekday! Traffic noise (if any) can be misleading especially on Sundays &/or Public Holidays.
