Thanks for the photos. 1. Surrounding area looks like virgin land and not exactly a huge flat piece of land. 2. Can't really see too clearly. But if I am not mistaken most likely the rear of that plot could be sloping downwards (maybe a little). 3. Generally the indirect T junction is not a cause for concern especially if the house and external is built or sited properly. 4. In my opinion one concern is the Feng Shui depends very much of built up of this house and in the future especially of what is built both directly or indirectly behind this house also.

Equally important consideration is the shaded area: Frankly the satellite photo, mislead me to zoom in on that “malevolent plot”. Until I saw the site-map. It would have been great that the actual plot is more visible in the first place.

Just T.O.P. - Partial T.O.P. visited in August 2022

Gold 186 Coffee Shop at 333C Yishun Riverwalk Soon Heng Wanton Noodles $4/-. Noodles is “QQ” with nice prawn based sauce. Unfortunately, the char siew is sweet. Not to my liking. But they also give some crispy wantons X 2 pieces = nice. But the soup wanton.. so so. Saw a container full of chicken legs soaked in herbs. After seeing an earlier customer carrying a plate of chicken feet noodles. Did not go for this version. Next visit to nearby Just T.O.P. Yishun Glen, might order other items. LOL
