Many businesses next to temples do very well. For example, last year, a client rented a used car showroom beside a temple. Businesses near graveyards are not very common now, so this situation is rare. It is best for these businesses to avoid car repairs or loud work, as this would be disrespectful near a quiet graveyard. We do not make decisions based only on drawings. We prefer to visit the area or use satellite images to fully understand the building and its surroundings. Some conservative Feng Shui masters strongly advise against these locations and say they should be avoided.

$4.50/-. Average. Would be better if they gave more generous helping of sauce/chilli. They also have a $3.50 version. Good that the sauce is neutral. And does not give an after taste.

Master Cecil good afternoon. Would a sunken floor in a living room okay? Two steps Here we call it old school. 1970's style. Common in the past. So long as the REAR of the house is higher than this sunken area, is fine or okay in Feng Shui. you immediately nailed the situation, master. This sunken will be convenient if wanted as filling up is necessity. Increase the elevation of the property a bit from the road.

It is always a welcoming sight to see some extended reinforced concrete (RC) roofing such as those circled, here. Often, for high floors or floors closer to this RC roofing, occasionally forgetting to close the windows or leaving a slight opening, does wonders to the ventilation of a room. Especially if one does not always depend on air conditioning most of the time.

In my previous reply, I have already highlighted this: "1.2. For the ground floor, make sure that the stove is not directly below a toilet / toilet waste pipes of say the 2nd storey (or level)." Thus best that the stove is not below 2nd storey "waste pipe(s)" such as these:- Common sense says that you can still place the stove along the red arrow - zone, I am sure, you should be able to at least find a position without having the stove below the "bulk" of the immediate 2nd storey toilet "waste pipes":- If so, I don't see why Option 1 can still be considered?
