  1. Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui = Lease commencement date is Year 2017
  2. Pfizer..in the news for the wrong reasons…
  3. Kopitiam 108 Food court $3.80/-. Overall acceptable.
  4. If I am not mistaken; I was surprised that this development still “collects” or records personal IC numbers. And saw contractors handing over their Identity card. Today or this day and age, this shouldn’t be the case right? Most likely the guards are using an outdated software to capture such information. They should stop such practices immediately. Previously, when The Trilinq Just T.O.P.; one must hand over an IC or driving licence where it was captured. Recent years no such thing anymore!

  6. Expected Lease Commencement Date is 1st March 2025 Case Study 4: Period 9 Flying Star Feng Shui 1. Majority of the Stacks/units in this development are either N1, N2, S1 or S2 facing directions. 2. N2 & S1 = Very auspicious double stars #9's at the frontage of the unit. These units also enjoys a Sum of Ten Mountain stars where the individual sector's Base Star + Mountain Star adds up to Ten. Thus even if the sector has bad stars, it can flip to become favourable. 3. N1 & S2 = Less lucky as the current prosperity double stars #9's are wasted at the "rear of the unit". On the other hand M1 & S2 individual sector's Base Star + Water Star adds up to Ten. Even if the sector has bad stars it can flip to become favourable sector = enjoys Sum of Ten Water stars. 4. Thus overall, N1 & S2's can be amongst the 2nd choice after N2 & S1 subject to other considerations. Additional workings: 5. Overall, how suitable is the house? 5.1. Here, if the main breadwinner is found be an East Group person, under Part 2, Frontage will be favourable thus adding a 10 marks to the actual score:
  7. Case Study 3: Poor Shapes and Forms Feng Shui - Less than ideal to the common bin lobby within the same frontage as a unit: Stacks 126 and 150 1. Most distinct is stack 126 where the common bin lobby opening is within an open space and in close proximity of it's master bedroom 2. As for stack 150, often the living room windows are opened. Hopefully the stairwell can act as a blockage between it and the common bin lobby.
  8. Case Study 2: Stack/Unit 208 - Is it inauspicious for my unit's front door to face the stairs? 1. It is considered unfavorable for the front door of a unit to face the stairs in theory. 2. However, in Singapore, it is mandated by civil defense law that all emergency exit staircase doors must remain closed at all times to aid in escape and prevent smoke from spreading to the stairs.
  9. Case Study 1: Should I be concerned if my unit faces a school? (Not really). Learn more:-
  10. Case Study 7: Be careful of EMF radiation (if any) from the rear of the TV set at the living room towards bedroom 3.
  11. Case Study 6: A welcoming change of staggered front doors for 2 Bedroom Flexi For unit 114, no issue even if the unit's front door partially faces the staircase door. As by law this door has to be closed at all times.
  12. Case Study 5: Other than some privacy concerns, no issue if front door of unit 104 has a view of the lift lobby & vice-versa.
  13. Case Study 4: A relatively short common corridor thus no major concern for Unit 106
  14. Case Study 4: Any sharp corner (poison arrow[s]) if any aimed towards the front door? 1. Fortunately No. As the sharp corner of the corridor sidewalls are not aimed towards any of the unit's front door. "Heng Ah!" (Lucky Phew!)
  15. Case Study 7: Should I be concerned with my unit facing a school i.e. Hong Wen School? 1. Do study the roof-line of the school and try to envisage that it does not become a poison arrow aimed towards the potential unit's opening especially the living room which is hard to cure. 2. Often, as the school is around 5 to 6 storeys high, safer to purchase a unit much higher than this both to have an obstructed view as well as (in case) of a poison arrow(s) - if any.
  16. Not common but symbolically hope she does not become “dominant” or become a stubborn girl (Don't want her to climb all over us!)
  17. Case Study 6: Kee Chiu! Who does not want a unit facing a Park? (Referring to Stacks 221 and 223) What say you? "I want, I want, I want also!"
  18. Case Study 5: Flying Star Feng Shui of HDB Towner Residences 1. This development's Flying Star charts are borderline cases where for example NE1 may become NE2, SW1 may become SW2 etc...
  19. Case Study 4: Can I adopt an Open Concept Kitchen? 1. From a Feng Shui point of view, a stove, an oven/toaster/microwave should not face a bedroom opening = door. 2. Okay, I understand you are only placing a sink - there! But wait, if there are utensils like washed and for drying = forks, knives, scissors or any other sharp object facing the bedroom door is equally considered "just as bad".
  20. Case Study 3: Controversy of front door opening towards a wall. 1. Many past HDB flats including past and present condos / ECs have such a layout plan. 2. Should I be concerned? 2.1. Some Feng Shui Masters and even some persons felt that it may be inauspicious to have a front door opens towards a wall. 2.2. Perhaps, they felt that it is the same as having "opportunities" slammed against them!. Or some mambo jumbo about the inability of qi coming from the front door been blocked by this "wall". 3. If you buy this argument then you may be joining this group of persons and their concerns. 4. Frankly, this is not a major concern or issue. 4.1. A blessing in disguise is that the front door does not open directly towards the living room windows and some have to make a point of adding a partition between the front door and the living room window(s). 5. One will also notice that the front doors of both 221 and 223 face each other. This is for another "day". 6. Luckily, the front door of stack/unit 221 is not at location marked as "X". Else, it is facing an inauspicious long corridor.
  21. Case Study 2: Potential poison arrow from sharp corner of the Multi-Storey Carpark (MSCP) aimed towards Stack 225 1. This photo does not show clearly the extent of the sharp corner. As there is a notch where the 5th storey roof garden is located. 2. On the safe side, avoid low floors of stack 225. 3. For Stacks 229 and 231 be careful of the roof garden lamp post which may or may not slice towards an opening of these units. Again on the safe side, get higher floor units like at least 7th storeys onwards (if possible).
  22. Case Study 1: What a waste that Stack/unit's front door has a full view of the Common Bin Lobby (CBL). 1. Not great if one has to open one's front door and greeted by the CBL. 2. Stack/unit 225 although cannot see the common bin cute openings but have a view of the top half of the CBL. 3. Stack/unit 219 is not that bad. Unless one has inconsiderate neighbours and especially during durian season where often some would just dump the durian seeds and shells. The smell may just permeate the main bedroom window area. But of course, close them.
