  1. Parc Life EC and Feng Shui Majority of stacks in these blocks: 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33 either face Flying Stars N1 or S2. N1 such as stacks 02, 05, 06, 09 &?10 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position. Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed. S1 such as stacks 03, 07, 08 & 11 has the combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area. It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies. If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector.

However, for the next tweny years - 2024 till 2043, especially SW1 turns out to have nasty Flying Star numbers at it's frontage. ================== NE1 = [Less lucky under Period 9 - From 2024 till 2043. It also depends on the layout plan.] For eg. : Block 8, Stacks 16, 17 & 21 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ SW1 = [Take extra care of health issues especially around 2023 onwards.] For eg. : Block 10, Stacks 23, 24 & 25 * BEST TO CURE * Sample from an actual unit at Sol Acres EC In addition, unit is also affected by Kitchen @ NW or Fire@Heaven's Gate [Undisclosed Block and Unit Address] 1. Sol Acres EC T.O.P. in 2018 and is considered as born in Period 8. 2. Thus, even if there is a transition or change of period from Period 8 to 9, the Flying Star Chart or Feng Shui birth chart will remain as a Period 8 chart. 2.1. The only difference is that the wealth luck has now changed from #8's to #9's. 3. This development only has two facing directions either: NE1 or SW1. 3.1. NE1 [Less lucky under Period 9. It also depends on the layout plan.] While for SW1 [Take extra care of health issues from 2024 onwards.] 3.2. Today, under Flying Star Feng Shui, in general, both "directions" are not that great as compared to key collection in 2018. As well as compatibility and interior layout arrangements. 5.1. Under House Hunting considerations, units in The Luxurie can be graded under two Parts: 5.2. Part 1 : Location, location, location = External + Internal = 70% 5.3. Part 2: The Three (3) Major Considerations: Frontage, Kitchen and Main Bedroom = 30% 5.4. Especially for South facing or S3 facing stacks, TODAY once unit is considered unsuitable to the breadwinner with a score of either zero out of 30 marks or just 10 marks out of 30; could mean the unit may be overall graded as a C+ (Just Pass) or C (Fail grade). 5.5. Often there is a difference; for example Unit #35 vs #36 such as master bedroom location for say an East vs a West Group breadwinner. If the T.O.P. is on schedule on or before CNY 2024, should safely be under Period 8. 2. Urban Treasures Flying Star Charts will all be Period 8 Charts. The only difference is the Water and Mountain Stars will by 1st owner's key collection be that of numeral #9. 3. What are the circumstances for plotting a Period 9 Chart? 3.1. T.O.P. in 2023, but move-in on or after CNY 2024 or 3.2. T.O.P. delayed until after CNY 2024.

Frankly, there are lots of homes/apartments built on triangular plot of land in Singapore:- More Recent Developments: Fourth Avenue Residences One Dracott: Many others .. including The Sterling at Bukit Timah etc... So long as the blocks are properly "arranged" not a major issue. Even for this Urban Treasures plot.
