  1. Case Study 9: Poor Shapes and Forms if stove shares the same wall as a WC 1. The good news is "a miss is as good as a mile, here". 2. If the actual layout is as shown below, not prefect, but still acceptable.
  2. Case Study 8: Flying Star Feng Shui of Clavon Condo 1. It is interesting to note that both blocks falls under either Flying Stars N3 or SE facing directions. 2. So happens that there is only a five degree difference between the two blocks.
  3. Case Study 7: Is there an issue with the front door open towards a wall? 1. Frankly, there will always be some Feng Shui Masters (FSMs) that claim this is bad Feng Shui. Especially those FSMs that swear-with-only using the Front Door. 2. One good thing is that the front door does not open directly towards an opening such as the balcony opening. 3. More importantly under common sense, avoid reflective material facing the front door. Just imagine opening the front door and perhaps confronted with a shadow of one's self. 4. Has more to do with a stigma.
  4. Note: Viking = ceiling. iPhone changed it.. LOL
  5. Is common sense still Fung Sway? LOL Hi Cecil, good morning...we would like to buy main door entrance lights cos got 12.12 sale and would like to seek your advise if any of these are not suitable. Is there any design, material, colour etc that should be avoided? Is white/cool white/warm light preferred or doesn't matter? Reply: Must be careful later whether door can open or not. As the Viking (ceiling = iPhone changed it) at the front door is Low.. thus may affect door opening or closing and during air con service may break it when ladder brought in
  6. Paper House serves as a tribute to the departed, expressing the hope that they experience a joyful existence and a serene abode in the afterlife.
  7. Hi Cecil, appreciate you dropping by for the 1st meeting...was very interesting and got quite a few good advise from you...you can be quite humorous too

  9. If one has the time, can look at the this link:- HDB Toa Payoh Kim Keat Beacon BTO launched in May 2018 + indepth understanding of Kitchen at NW = Fire@Heaven's Gate. Affects everyone? - Singapore Property Review - FengShui.Geomancy.Net I have extracted a relevant conversation from the above, here:- 1. You wrote: "Hi Cecil, Given 564 is having a mirror image of 562, how differently will the NW facing not affect 564?" 1.1 The kitchen will now be at NE and thus no need even to discuss NW = Fire at Heaven's Gate for 564 right? 1.2 Perhaps, they are totally different issues other than above. Read on... 2. One of the key success factor is the Concept of Maximizing Marks: https://www.geomancy.net/wiki/The_Concept_of_Maximizing_Marks 3. Why are some owners less affected by a kitchen at NW while some others much more? 3.1 Taking a cue from Management Principles called: "Situational Approach". Here, no two homes are the same even if it is exactly the same unit for each individual person(s). 3.1.1. This is why someone who stayed in the same house prospered. While the new owners face lots of issues. Two main factors: a. You and I or them may not be of the same suitability even within the same unit. b. Time. Flying Stars can change one's luck in any year. 3.2 For example breadwinners can be worlds apart: A Mr Tan even if he is an East group person can have different ba zi etc... Thus if another person Mr Lim then may even have a different outcome. Here, it is not like one-size fits all. 3.3. This is why.. some who stayed in a home with kitchen even at NW may say.. no issue. What is all this concern about "Fire at Heaven's gate?". To this person, he may say "Nonsense!". Here, for him there are more pros than cons. And in a "maximising of marks" situation: even with a NW handicap, his overall score can even be as high as 76 or 85 marks! 3.4. It may be a totally different night-mare for another perhaps Mr Sim. The moment he moves into his new home - retrenchment and retrenchments .. financial / relationships / marriage-divorce issues. 4. Not only is the need to consider: "How suitable is the house to the male breadwinner?" Plus considerations like: "Summary of breadwinner's Eight House Chart as mentioned under Para 4.2, below." 4.1 For example, under Flying Stars Feng Shui as this house is considered as a South 2 (S2) facing, thus additional odds begin to stack against this breadwinner where this house is further defined as "Inauspicious" for him:- 4.2 Some breadwinners are better at withstanding the impact of Kitchen at NW for example, if the home has a better fit .... 4.3. Check how many sectors are favourable and also where are the located within the house. For example, if the toilet is located in one's prosperity sector again, this pulls the luck further down. 4.4. A proper Feng Shui Triage will help to identify enhancements and remedies taking into consideration also where are the wealth luck sectors under Flying Stars etc... 5. This is a just a simple general overview:- 5.1 You wrote: "Is there any way or suggestions that can be recommended to overcome / change it?" If it is so each..... then no such things as examinations... 5.2 Of course! This has to take into consideration also who are staying in that home plus comprehensive Feng Shui Triage + The concept of maximizing luck. Including Fix-the-leaks etc.. 5.3 Other factors include the position of the kitchen in relation to the female-head usually the wife, the kitchen specifications / measurements / type and number of hobs for the stove etc... 6. In conclusion - a repeat of what you asked:- "Is there any way or suggestions that can be recommended to overcome / change it?" 6.1. Frankly, if it is that easy to pluck out an answer from the thin-air.. then there is no need at all for the field of combined Art and Science of Feng Shui right? 6.2. Alternatively, just crossing-fingers and hope the above Para 3.3. does apply to you. 6.2.1 It just like tossing of a coin (in general) : 50/50 chance.... it can turn out good or bad for a person..... 7. As the field of Feng Shui is unregulated...sometimes getting the wrong Feng Shui Master can also do more harm than good. Just today received this from a client:-
  10. Yes indeed, kitchen is located at NW sector.
  11. No layout attached...
  12. Hi Master any issues with putting this type of cactus or any other types of cactus in the living room?
  13. Case Study 5: Poor Shapes and Forms as the Block common bin opening is pretty close to the frontage of these stacks/units 1. The common bin lobby and bins are pretty close to the master bedroom windows of Stacks 128 and 186. 2. For Stacks 104 and 162 is slightly further sandwiched between the stairwell ... the living room windows. 3. Others: Front door of stacks 104 and 162 = is possible to see towards the air-con ledge of 118 and 176 - especially if there is no privacy panels along the corridor...
  14. On 3rd December 2020. Frankly, tower blocks and mostly uniform blocks are much easier to construct. And in no time, they will be the same.-:)
