HDB Hougang Olive (Nov 2021 Build-To-Order) - Which units are lucky today?
Sometimes stigmas come from personal experience! True? Case Study 3: This is not directly Feng Shui. But personally, I don't like living in an "afternoon" sun home. 1. In fact stacks 117 and 133 unfortunately is as close to directly facing the afternoon sun. (Even if it faces a park = don't want) 2. While Stacks 119 and 135 gets the afternoon sun at an acute angle + the master bedroom wall may soak in heat and ooze out in the evening. 3. Imagine also if one were to Work from Home WFH and/or having children study in their respective bedrooms or even at the living or dining room. Sucks! 4. Of course if can afford turning on the air-con daily "Clap, clap, clap". However, the utilities company will love it! They can collect more $$$. 5. In directly, living 24/7 in a "hot house" may sometimes make family members so uncomfortable that unfortunately tempers may flare up more frequently! 6. Don't later complaint and say this house got BAD Feng Shui. As we have more quarrels in this house then in our previous home! Related:

Accurate Compass readings?
These two photos show the wrong way to take compass readings for a home. There is simply too much metallic interference, including hidden materials embedded in the walls.

HDB River Peaks I & II (Nov 2021 Build-To-Order) under the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model - Is my unit lucky?
Case Study 3: "Point-blocks" or Pencil Blocks were very popular in the mid 1970's. These flats range from HDB 5 bedrooms around 1,400 sq ft. to Housing and Urban Development Board (HUDC) Laguna Park and Braddel with Type A 1,400 sq ft to 1,600 sq ft Type B flats. 1. Point-block flats have favourable Shapes and Forms Feng Shui as qi circulation is very good for such "pencil" thin blocks +they are more like (landed) detached homes in the sky! 2. Worth considering depending on the facing direction of these flats. Reference Resource:

HDB River Peaks I & II (Nov 2021 Build-To-Order) under the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model - Is my unit lucky?
Case Study 1A: In general which is more lucky? A Period 9 North (N2) facing or South (S2) facing units? 1. HDB River Peaks I and II only have units that either face N2 or S2. 2. In Period 9, N2 units are generally considered more auspicious as due to the double auspicious #9's at it's frontage (N2). Yellow = N2 facing stacks/units 3. Good news is that this plus Shapes and Forms Feng Shui account for a whopping 70% out of 100% score in evaluating the Feng Shui of a home. Case Study 1B: What happens to the remainder 30%? 4. The remainder 30% or 30 marks out of 30 marks is on how suitable the unit is to the main breadwinner. 5. And the three (3) major considerations are (a.) Frontage, (b.) Kitchen and (c.) Main Bedroom: 6. Once a unit is considered unsuitable to the main breadwinner, often there is no way that the unit can achieve either an A+, A or B+ score. 7. Geomancy.net uses this grading still used by many tertiary institutions to grade their students:-

HDB Tanjong Tree Residences @ Hougang (Nov 2021 Build-To-Order) Hougang - Which units are lucky?
Case Study 1: The bad news? Some stacks/units facing especially the Chinese Temple + Home for the Aged Sick. Okay not so bad as the Multi Storey Car Park (MSCP) acts a a buffer to the Health and Medical Centre. The good news? Okay it is either separated by both the neighbourhood park + road or just a road such as Hougang Street 13.

Case Study 4: Watch your front! Say again? 1. There is a potential poison arrow from neighbouring HDB Parc Residences block sharp corner aimed towards stack 346. 2. No need to be concerned about "Watching your back" for Stack 215 = No issue since it is the "solid" kitchen wall.

- = = Final delivery is to the BIN CENTRE = = - Case Study 2: Any issue with living in a development that depends on a Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System (PWCS)? 1. No, PWCS is not Price Waterhouse Coopers Singapore. LOL 2. Please do a SEARCH in this forum for this topic and there are "scary" stories of the unfortunate abuse of this system. And in some cases lead to two or more years of inconvenience and oh dear! That STINK SMELL! Bright Yellow = Too close for comfort! Light Yellow = What a close shave! Reference resource:- For example, when The Venue (a CDL project).:- This signage (see above) was displayed at the common bin. There are like Twelve (12) cautionary: what not to:- There was a cautionary sign with lots of Don'ts. A while back at The Criterion also by CDL. This notice (User guide) was displayed at the common bin area:- Hopefully, the residents may come to terms to avoid doing all these don'ts:-

Case Study 1: Block 306C Stack 292 and BLock 308C Stack 237 are cutting too close to the Common Bin Lobby. 1. Looks like the two bin chutes: common and recycle seems to sharing the same wall with the stack/units. Yucks! 2. Dread a trail of ants visiting making unwelcomed visits or even worse, making their homes (nests) in one's beloved home! Double Yucks!
