Known for its rolling landscape and picturesque greenery, Bidadari is envisioned to be a tranquil urban oasis where residents can rest, relax, and connect with family and friends. True to the area's green origins, the future Bidadari Park will be centrally located in Bidadari Estate, to form a green lung. The new Alkaff Lake will be situated within the park, to recreate the sense of tranquility of the former Alkaff Lake Garden. Bidadari Park will be complemented by Bidadari Greenway that links Bartley Road to Upper Serangoon Road. A cycling and pedestrian network has also been mapped out, which will mostly run through the green corridors, the Bidadari Greenway, and the Bidadari Park. Case Study 6: Expect afternoon sun at the frontage for all South facing stacks 1. Besides the traffic noise what else? 2. The two blocks 6 and 8 are not true North-South compass directions. As such, do expect afternoon sun at an angle towards Block 6 Stacks 05, 06, 07, 08 & 09. Block 8 Stacks 14, 15, 16, 17 & 18. 2.1. Block 6 Stack 01 depends on whether the afternoon sun could soak into the shared wall with the master bedroom. Otherwise, it is a blessing in disguise that the yard side has the afternoon sun.

Case Study 5: Have you met a Conservative Feng Shui Master (FSM)? Yes/No? 1. A Conservative FSM eats and sleeps literally by the Front Door. 2. I shall not go in depth into the article on the Conservatives (which by the way can be read below this thread. 3. Good Luck if one has one of these layout plans e.g. Type DP1 and Type E1. And this is when a (future) potential buyer brings such a FSM along .... 4. The stigma is that of a WC beside the front door. 5. Modernists FSMs will for the better part be more receptive of this concern. As their focus is the frontage of the unit (which in this case may not be the front door.) 5.1. Please note that Modernists FSMs still need to look at the Holistic overall Shapes and Forms of the unit and also the Flying Stars to make an informed decision. Resource 1: What is a Conservative FSM like? Resource 2: A FSM needs also to review a unit based on many of the key habits found, here: Conservative FSM: "I only eat, sleep, wake-up; repeat on the Front Door!" Sales Agent: "Sir, can't you at least say that the front door is the Private Lift Lobby door? Conservative FSM: "Hey! Are you the FSM or is it me?" "Are you trying to take over my job?" Huh?

Good news is only to the Service Yard & Air-con ledge. The shared wall with the master bedroom may not be affected. Thus can be a blessing in disguise. As the yard area is one where many don’t mind having the afternoon sun. No need to buy a dryer for clothes. Let the natural sun to do so. -
Office near guan im temple in bugis is it good fengshui?
Cecil Lee replied to shannonc's topic in General Help
1. In my opinion, from the photos taken for unit a and b; don't seem to see any threat or poison arrows. Of course (in general) b: seems a better choice. 2. For can or cannot rent, the fee for 1 visit is $288/- or for a full audit fee ranges between $288/- to $488/- thereabouts for a small office - depends on actual job-costing of the audit. It is best to contact me via HP/WhatsApp: +65 978-53171 to confirm exact quote and or/to confirm availability. Thanks -

Frankly, there are many businesses or offices in close proximity of this popular temple. If there is no constant inhaling of joss fumes or you are neutral to the huge crowds especially during the 1st and 15th lunar month, then you might consider it. As Feng Shui is just 33.33% of the total luck. Human or man luck such as mentioned above makes another 33.33% of the rest. (Reference: The Holy Trinity of Chinese Luck system) In addition it also depends on the type of your business, also.
