Hi Master Lee , for the chandelier, does it matter what shape or design we buy? No issue as most chandelier design are not "threatening". Touchwood, make sure it can sustain an earthquake. As several flats nearby in Sengkang had their lights swaying a few months back. And this is not Feng Shui - make sure house got permanent helper. As if I am the male of the home, I don't want to be the one cleaning it (them)

Even if it does not bother you now, your feelings or situation could change in the future. 3.1. It might be difficult to sell your home later on. 3.2. Even if you are comfortable with it, others may not be, and it can be challenging to convince them, especially if a Feng Shui Master has different views. 3.3. Family and friends might also have concerns. 3.4. Some buyers might use this as a reason to offer a lower price. 1. Blk 671 Edgefield Plains Coffee shop. $4/-. Should have requested for mee pok. As their thin noodles is pretty large sized. And “hard”. Otherwise the sauce is okay. Fish balls nothing to shout about. Can easily be found in supermarket shelves. As factory made.

The architect was nice to provide “fins” for some of the units facing the afternoon sun… Reminds me of the “sail type fins” at / surrounding the Infineon building at Kallang…
One of the things one looks out for of a ground floor unit is the location of the ventilation shafts of the basement car park. Fortunately, this is not direct below a unit’s window[s] or balcony. Okay to be here, at 1 Canberra
At 639B The Meadows, Punggol. Kopitiam Beside Kadaloor LRT station $4/-. Not bad. Well balanced flavour. Or rather not overpowering sauce. Smooth flavour with little or no aftertaste.

Most common advice given is a partition between the door and that “upwards” stairs. (Since highly unlikely, one will ever change the position of the stairs.)Technically, when entering the house, one can still see the stairs whichever door is used. (Regardless whether the stairs decide that it only wants to move people one-way up or not. In my opinion, only perhaps one encounters a very liberal Feng Shui Masters; then one will "hear the good stuff".. LOLFrankly, no offence but logically there is no such thing as "the staircase [ONLY] going upward? I hope it is not about the case of "I only want to (or pretend) to be able to hear the 'good' stuff?" The saying: Whatever goes up must also come down. And further more, how does a staircase knows that is only for going upward? Puzzled....Related:
