  1. Case Study 4: "High Noon" at Stack #06 1. In the context of Feng Shui symbolism, a "High Noon" scenario occurs when two bedroom doors are positioned directly opposite each other. 2. Furthermore, this situation presents a straightforward "solution" within the realm of symbolism. 3. The aforementioned does not hold true if either room is converted into a study or office space.
  2. Case Study 3: Stack 02 and Stove sharing same wall as the bedroom 3 1. It is highly uncommon in a condo unit to have the stove sharing the same wall as a bedroom. 2. In the past, some HDB layouts especially those of the 1990's may have similar situations where it could be possible for the stove to share the same wall as the master bedroom bed-head. 3. Nevertheless, generally, there is nothing to fault the architect in this stack #02. 3.1. This is because in normal circumstances, most would sleep away from the bedroom door. 3.2. However, nowadays, some may install a platform bed and, here, the dynamic changes as either some want the bed-head at the stove side or 3.3. Some read Feng Shui books or get advice to sleep facing their good directions.
  3. Thank you again for your expert advice!
  4. Your advice impt, must remember !:)
  5. Case Study 2A: Sampling of stack #07 and three possible Feng Shui directions 1. Which direction should I use to calculate Flying Star Feng Shui? 2. Feng Shui is the Main Door? 3. The mantra in Flying Star Feng Shui is: "If the proper frontage is correctly found: Flying Star Feng Shui can be applied effectively" 3.1. Who are the conservatives and the modernists? 4. In Singapore, the general consensus amongst majority of Feng Shui Masters is not to use the Front Door or avoid the RED ARROW method. 5. However, there still some die-hards who "die-die" must use the Front Door. 6. In theory, for High-rise could either be the BLUE arrow = Standing inside the living room looking outwards toward Upper Bukit Timah Road or the GREEN arrow = Standing inside any of the bedrooms looking towards Bukit Timah Link. 7. Okay which should I consider as the Frontage then? 8. Good to find out from the potential occupants what is their lifestyle habits. 9. Some will frankly say: "I never or seldom open the bedroom windows". If so, the likelyhood is the Frontage is the BLUE arrow or unit faces West (Flying Star W1) direction. 10. Another argument is that the most Yang Qi has to be from the direct afternoon sun at West (BLUE arrow) vs the GREEN arrow (North side). Case Study 2B: Frontage of Type D Stack #02 is straightforward 11. The concensus amongst majority of Feng Shui Masters (FSMs) is to use the BLUE arrow as the Frontage of the unit. 12. Don't be surprised that there are still some FSMs still consider it as the Front Door. 13. Before hiring an unfamiliar FSM to understand their method; 14. Not to give away your knowledge, ask this question: "Feng Shui is the Front Door right?."
  6. Case Study 1: Can I rely on the North marking on the Site plan? 1. The outlines of the blocks and the plot are not depicted on street maps such as streetdirectory.com and onemap.sg. 2. I successfully aligned the boundary lines of both the Sales brochure Site Plan with the streetdirectory map. 3. From a comprehensive 360-degree perspective, this development is categorized within Flying Stars N1 and S1, with the potential that certain stacks or units may or may not be included within E1 or W1. (I have yet to thoroughly analyze the various layout plans.) P.S. I extend my gratitude to the same kind individual (who forwarded Forett and this) for also sharing the Huttons floor plans with me. I am aware that Huttons specializes in niche sales within the broader real estate sector. (I previously purchased a boutique condominium where Huttons acted as the sole agent. LOL).
  7. The Essence of my reply can be found under your first message.
  8. These are some considerations: 1. Yes, indeed not everything is Feng Shui. 2. Please note that Feng Shui is about the Earth Luck of a home. Feng Shui is about the external surroundings, the site, the landform, the home. 3. Whether you choose to believe in the Chinese Luck system; the Chinese luck system consists of three forms of luck:- https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/13967-the-holy-trinity-of-chinese-luck-system/?tab=comments#comment-29505 4. What you are asking is really not about Ba Zi (Heaven Luck) and Feng Shui (Earth Luck). 5. Not sure you choose to believe in the third category of luck: Human or Man Luck. 6. One way of looking at it is that you have already found out so many negative comments on the placement of such a sword in a home! 6.1. Thus, don't you think that your personal concerns and know-that such comments often unsettle a person. Thus even if you hear someone say no issue go ahead. But there are like 10 others that say it is a NO-NO. 6.2. How would you still feel, if you have visitors to your home and majority tells you it i bad luck...etc... 7. Therefore, frankly, this has nothing whatsoever to do with Feng Shui. As not every single thing revolves under Feng Shui. 8. You should look elsewhere ... as in Human or Man luck factors. 9. Some follow their heart if you really, really want to place one in your home. 10. In some past forum messages other kinds of placement e.g. Can I install a ceiling fan also have both positive and negative responses. 11. There are so many similar Can or cannot situations such as Can I place a TV in my bedroom etc...
  9. Quote from Benjamin Franklin: "Out of adversity comes opportunity." An opportunity for... An exoskeleton for standard face mask...Bought this at an outdoor seller outside Clementi Central, near Fragrance Ba Kwa Shop. Price for five plastic face mask plastic skeletons is $10/- a bundle. However a lady shouted out... bought from this same thing "from you" for $8/- a few days earlier. Cheap plastic.. thus I suppose the unit cost for one could easily be just a few cents... (A case of super normal profits.) Above: Please note that I happen to be at Starbucks. And not sold, here. LOL Comes with small micro Velcro’s to allow this plastic frame to adhere to a face mask. Found it not necessary as it was able to stay in place. But do remember not to remove it at public areas in case it falls off the mask and towards the floor... Used it, functional and reasonably comfortable. Especially for Long hours... Can breathe easier and the face mask no longer hug the skin Nor smell the face mask.. Opportunity... Seen several persons wearing "Atas" looking ones like Chanel and even LV logos on them:-
  10. 28.8.2020 House Hunting... “Early bird catches the worm” M.O.P. soon... Let’s Chope a unit! LOL-:)

  14. Case Study 4: Flying Star Feng Shui of Tampines GreenGlade 1. Based on the Sales Brochure, the Expected Completion Date (ECD) of this development is 3rd Quarter 2023. If so, this development's Feng Shui falls under Period 8 Flying Stars. 2. Due to it's close to 360 degrees Block design, there are many different facing directions: NE3, E3, S3 and NW3. 3. Under the Eight House Concept, East Group more inclined towards: E3 and S3. While West Group = NE3 and NW3 facing directions. 3.1. Workings:- 4. However, under House Hunting, Feng Shui also looks at external factors and for internal factors:-
  15. Case Study 3: The three BTO developments launched in August 2020 are the first few on this cleared land. More to come. 1. To Tampines Greenglade's blocks 660A and 660B is a site reserved for a school. 2. Useful read if one is considering purchasing a unit facing a school:-

  17. 1. Many Feng Shui Masters with lineage in Singapore are a glorified Feng Shui Store in disguise. 2. They give Feng Shui a bad name. 3. Ask: "Must I buy from YOU?"
  18. 1. Yes, technically the toilet CAN be considered at the centrepoint of the unit:- 2. A consolation is that at least, it is not the WC. 3. Often, one concern or issue does not "sink a ship". 4. It Depends! Hopefully this unit is not at the bottom rung of the bell curve. 5. Case Study: Do you know that even if a geomancer says that the site is excellent, all sites are govern by the concept of the Bell Curve 5.1. Remember, even if a geomancer says that this is a good development. However, a good unit also depends on where it is within the development: 5.2. Is your potential unit under the Good, the Bad or the Ugly? 5.3. Often if one is lucky, even if the unit is not so fantastic superficially. Some units are like an unpolished gem. While others unfortunately may be a hopeless rotten apple. 5.3.1. Just imagine, if the unit is like a 10 year old rundown 1,000 cc car. Even a good Feng Shui Master is unable to turn it into a good unit! 6. By the way, (above) this falls under Habit Number 11. 7. Under Habit 1, one possibility is by ranking one's bedroom type by stack/unit: 1st choice, 2nd choice etc... Reference: Habit 1 can be found under this link:-
