Case Study 10: Location of common bin and the two lifts per block 1. Which stacks/units literally beside the common bin? 2. Usually sharing the same wall as the two lifts is not a major concern, if any. 2.1. Please note that the location of the bins are an estimate. If not sure, always confirm with your respective Agent for added assurance. 2.2. Often a developer should very much have the block layout plan showing the common corridor and detailed plans of the block. 2.3. For example, if one looks at HDB's actual Sales Brochure, not only the site plan has clear markings of common bins. 2.4. But also actual detailed block layout. 2.5. Previously I had posted a similar block layout under the topic "Hillion" condo. Where my client got a copy of it. Prior to her signing on the dotted line. 2.6. Here, another client got what she wanted from the developer. (or rather their Agent). 2.7. Please don't be meek. Demand for it from your respective Agent. If the Agent gives lots of excuses. Tell them off. And get another Agent. 2.7.1. Fortunately, so far, many Agents will accomodate this request. But I understand from past experience that a few clients were given a firm NO answer. You know what to do.. now.. LOL

Case Study 9: Based on the latest briefing notes: Stacks 26, 29, 30, 33, 34, 39, 40, 41 seems to be facing an Education institution (a school). 1. The future school is on the opposite side of the shared future road. 2. Is there any concern, here? 2.1. Often, under Feng Shui, roof-lines of some schools is like a sharp blade or pointed arrow aimed towards a unit's balcony or window. If so, this is inauspicious. 2.1.1. Usually, the roof-line could be around 4th or 5th storey's high depending again on it's design. 3. If the assembly area is facing or close-by to the future road, then perhaps do expect the raising of the flag and principal's speech around 7.30am plus. The plot between Parc Canberra, the Education (School) and Canberra Link should be the other EC.

Seems like the kitchen is at North. And the service yard and missing corner is at NW. Rare, but there were instances where the elderly insists on “pushing” the stove towards the service yard side. If so, surely the stove will be in the NW sector. -

I have experienced symptoms of vinyl toxicity or formaldehyde poisoning, despite not being a smoker. It is unexpected that despite the presence of balconies in many new condos/EC, some external blinds and zip tracks could potentially emit formaldehyde toxic gas. It is important to keep in mind the importance of "GO GREEN!". In Summary It is quite surprising that even though many new condos/EC have balconies, some external blinds and zip tracks may release formaldehyde toxic gas. It is crucial to remember the mantra "GO GREEN!".

Q: Hi hi if the vinyl flooring is 70% Is it OK? Reply: Sorry 70% of what 70% vinyl. The rest are residue Reply: Unrelated to Feng Shui. Ok because you say better not have recycled materials. So just checking Reply: Feng Shui is not the issue here. Vinyl is more toxic than formaldehyde. It's only when someone falls ill that they start blaming bad Feng Shui. Get green label. Please explain the concept of "the rest is residue." In the worst-case scenario, this could involve recycled toxic materials such as lead. Therefore, it is important to ensure that it is approved by a relevant certification body to guarantee its safety.

Are you aware of the characteristics of Kopar, or rather, copper? The Wuhan coronavirus and Kopar are incompatible! Why is that? For a singular reason: it possesses antimicrobial properties. Given that copper is a soft metal, alternatives such as brass door knobs and handles are utilized instead. These materials inherently possess antimicrobial qualities. Brass contains a significant amount of copper along with lesser quantities of tin and zinc. A Property Agent might literally claim that your prospective new residence is resistant to emerging viruses, including those from the coronavirus family such as SARS and the Wuhan viruses... This could lead to serious repercussions for the agent due to such deceptive marketing. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antimicrobial_properties_of_copper Living in a home with copper water pipes is indeed a blessing, as they are flexible and can be joined with minimal heat. Nevertheless, a drawback arises from manufacturing imperfections. Typically, under certain conditions, copper piping has a lifespan of approximately 20 to 30 years before specific areas begin to corrode, indicated by a greenish surface coating. For instance, if one owns a house constructed around 1995 that employs copper piping, it may have begun to leak in certain spots.
